The Southern Grace house was AMAZING. We had to change our wedding plans due to covid and change venues about a month prior to the wedding date. We found the Southern Grace house, which comfortably sleeps up to 60, and was able to invite up to 60 people as this is the capacity of the house. 30 people ended up staying at the house and no one ever felt on top of each other. The views are amazing and it was nice to be right on the water with an option to hang out at the pool for those who didn't want to go to the beach. We had the ceremony on the beach and cocktail hour on the back patio and pool area. There was a covered area with a dance floor for the reception. Everyone agreed Plan B at the Southern Grace house was so much better and it was worth every dollar. I can't speak highly enough about this house! Greg, the owner of the house, was also very responsive and helpful!

Our large family celebrated a week-long reunion at this home, Southern Grace, at North Topsail Island. In total, we had 34 people spanning 3 generations, arriving from PA, VA, NC, SC and TX. This property is built to accommodate large groups comfortably. The placement of bedrooms affords privacy, whereas the large kitchen/den allows for everyone to gather. The porches on both levels (with rockers) are wonderful. We were very thankful for 3 refrigerators, 3 dishwashers and ample loungers and chairs at the pool.

This is one AMAZING vacation home! More than we even imagined! It was beautiful and very well maintained. There were 45 in my family from all over for a reunion....ranging in ages from 6 months to 89 years old! We had plenty of room for everything. We could all be together but didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The Kitchen and eating/living area worked perfectly. We ate almost every meal at the house. The kitchen was well stock and had plenty of room for all of us! The pool area was amazing too. This place was perfect to relax and enjoy each other. Greg was so easy to work with in making our arrangements and quickly answering any questions we had. We would highly recommend this house! ...just don't book it when we want it again! :)

Our Family Reunions are always lots of fun but this year we choose this fantastic house as our base. We all are in 100% agreement that it is the best house we have ever stayed in. Each detail of the house is so comforting and well thought out. The owner is responsive to any questions or details. Would 100% recommend this house for any group gathering.

We loved our stay at Southern Grace! This was our 2nd stay at one of Greg's properties and it didn't disappoint! The house has everything you need and more and everything is in excellent condition. We had our church's women's retreat and everyone was in awe of the location. Relaxing, super clean and very spacious! It was very windy on our arrival day which put a lot of debris in the pool and they were johnny on the spot to come clean it the next morning shortly after we called to let them know. Greg was great to work with and quickly responded to all emails beforehand. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Greg's oceanfront beach house. We used it for our ladies' beach retreat (we surprised them with where we were staying), and I kid you not, they were blown away! They walked up the stairs with jaws dropped, commenting on how beautiful the home was. This is truly representative of how Greg cares for people through his space. It was roomy, comfortable, beachy, contemporary, welcoming, and private all at the same time. We had about 50 girls who had time and space to relax, which is rare when you are in an actual house. The kitchen was my personal highlight! Two refrigerators, three ovens and three dishwashers was a dream come true and I'm convinced I need it for my own home! Bring your friends and bring your family. Staying here promises to be a sweet time of togetherness and rest!

Great Location, very nice home. Logistically everything about accommodating up to 60 people has been engineered into this home. It’s very comfortable. Has space built in for you to be alone, with a smaller group, and with the entire group. I would recommend it for anyone who loves the idea of that family beach trip on a larger scale to accomidate more people.

This house more than accommodated our Sunday School class retreat. We have a couple dozen people who go on a beach retreat each year, and everyone in attendance agreed this was the best house yet. Greg was responsive to all our needs, and the house provided ample amenities (kitchen, meeting space, dining area, bedrooms, beach access, porches) for us, with plenty of room to spare. We all agreed that Southern Grace is the perfect location for next year and years to come!

Southern Grace turned out to be the absolute perfect destination for our family reunion. We were close to 40 adults and a dozen plus kids at the peak of our stay. There was great communication with the owner and the house truly provides everything one may want. The decks, pool, beach access and all other amenities are great - but the best part is the bedrooms and their thematic details. I would highly recommend Southern Grace to anyone and we hope to make a return visit as well

Beautiful, well furnished home in a great location. Just far enough from the crowds, and just close enough to the grocery store. We launched a small sailboat off of a trailer from the Off Road Vehicle (ORV) point at the north end of the island which is 5 minutes. We drove 20 minutes down to Surf City on a day when the waves were perfect for surfing. Food Lion and quaint local restaurants are a 15 minute drive. We had some minor maintenance issues with doors, but the owner is very responsive and got them fixed. The pool is very nice and all the televisions are up to date and decent size. We do reunions every two years, and this is one of our favorite houses.
