Lovely accommodation. Everything you could need for a home from home stay. Clean comfortable and beautifully decorated. Even had the woodpeckers outside the door.

Recently stayed at Willows End. Noreen & Tony are very welcoming. The property is in a beautiful & peaceful location, although not far from village shop & fuel station. It is spotless & spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. The bed is really comfortable with nice cotton bedlinen. We really could not fault our stay & are looking forward to returning in the future.

Tony and Noreen were wonderful hosts. They were friendly and so helpful advising us on places to visit and some good walks, also lending us maps so we didn’t get lost! The cottage had lovely views with lots of natural light. The super king sized bed was so very comfortable and the cottage had everything we needed for an extremely enjoyable 4 night break. The Willows End is in a very convenient location from which to explore further afield. We visited Devils Bridge Falls on our drive to Aberystwyth. The ride on the Cliff railway there was great with stunning views. Powys castle and gardens in Welshpool was fantastic too. Montgomery is also a lovely place with castle ruins. Stunning walks around the reservoirs and dams were interesting with great views.It was great value and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage to family and friends.

A very comfortable, clean and well maintained property. Very kind and friendly hosts. Plenty of room for parking and good standard of all fittings, linen, decoration etc. A perfect place from which to explore the beautiful countryside. We certainly hope to visit again and would not hesitate to reccomend to family and friends.

Perfect place to get away and do some fly fishing. Tony was very helpful and showed us the best spots to catch, the rest was up to us. We can recommend the Unicorn Pub which serves fabulous meals and the chip shop, the Cost cutter stocks everything you could want to make your stay very comfortable.

Another enjoyable stay at the Willows while Tony /Noreen went away for a few days had fish and chips twice from the local chippy local pubs and shops in the village everything you need is all ready there

Tony and Noreen are a lovely welcoming couple, full of helpful advice for making the most of this beautiful area. The property is clean and has everything (and I do mean everything!) you need for a self catering break. We even found a proper sewing basket when a trouser button popped off! We loved the surrounding views, and watching the birds outside the lounge window at the feeders. Luckily, we had great weather for our week, and spent it walking in glorious Welsh countryside, both locally to the property and in the surrounding area. We would recommend a visit to Montgomery for the amazing views from the castle and a visit to Bunners traditional Hardware store. Also Gilfach Nature Reserve in Rhayader, where we spent a lovely day. We would highly recommend 'The Willows End' and hope to return in the future.

Fantastic accommodation!! The Willows End is all you could ask for. So comfortable and well equipped. Lovely views and restful. Wish I had found this before. The owners Tony and Noreen were so friendly and helpful. As I was on my own I felt very secure. Hope to visit you again. Many thanks to you both.
