Sea and sky feels all around. It is a peaceful haven for walkers, golfers, bird watchers, fishermen or travellers, yet is minutes from all amenities. Forget the car! You can even visit Orkney for a day from Brora. More

About the neighborhood
The cottage is by the sea yet minutes from all amenities. The front garden overlooks the river and the sea and there are also seats and picnic tables nearby-visitors have been known to take their breakfast overlooking the river and sea, watching birds, seals and boats. Only small lobster boats or anglers use the wee harbour and again visitors have managed to get lobsters and crabs fresh before now. The cottage is on the Heritage Trail round Brora and there are booklets in the cottage describing this. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Brora itself has a wee harbour, Ice House, football ground, tennis court and bowling green, world famous 18 hole golf course, miles of sandy beaches, swim lunches at the Marine Hotel, a library, Heritage Centre,a whisky distillery...
