About the neighborhood
The house is situated on a small modern development with a communal meadow area and is a short walk to the train station. The house is less than an hour from London by train (when connecting in Ashford) giving the option to leave the car behind.
In the centre of the village (10 minute walk) there are plenty of amenities including a coffee shop, the excellent Wife of Bath restaurant, three pubs (The Tickled Trout, The Kings Head, The New Flying Horse), bakery, butchers and a village shop.
