It has a large garden that surrounds the house, full equipped kitchen, hot water, internet, cable TV, 2 dining rooms, (internal and external), various spaces to use and share. The first floor has a terrace and two bedrooms and on the second floor is the largest room and a balcony for your enjoyment.
