We took this Villa for a family vacation and had a pretty good time. There were certain shortcomings from a managing of the property perspective but they were taken care off. Overall the location and the property was beautiful. Taxi and Two Wheeler services are available, run by Vemcy Furtado - 9822162192, There is a grocery store near by run by a very nice and helpful lady named Rosy, that can be really helpful if you dont intend to eat outside a lot.

The villas are located rather conveniently close to the Fatrade beach in south goa. The beach by itself is a stunning one & the stay at Serenity is nothing short of the name itself. A good gated society with multiple villas that can be rented out, paddy fields surrounding you & a nice pool to take a dip whenever you're too lazy to venture out. The support staff of Durga/Jeorge is rather helpful and friendly & overall they provide you with all the help you need to make your stay a comfortable one. Parking is available as well & depending on which cottage/flat you take up, you can be rest assured you've found a nice home away from home in South Goa.

As the name suggests, the place is really serene. We had some difficulty locating it on our way from the airport, but once there, we were glad we picked the place. The Fatrade Beach is less than one km away and wasn't crowded even in peak season. Here, we enjoyed our beer and lazy lunches @ Sea Pearls Cafe. Savio, the owner of the cafe was polite and friendly. The way to the beach too is serene and peaceful. The nearby grocery story can supply all the stuff you may need to prepare breakfast. The man friday @ the villas, George (Durga) is a great help. He can help the guests get a taxi or hire a scooty. The AC of the gable room never worked and the geyser on the 1st floor burst on day 2 of our visit. This was compounded by the haughty, unapologetic attitude of the caretaker, Pramod. Barring these incidents, the place offered all the peace and quiet we needed. Highly recommended accomodation.

Serenity Villas is a perfect choice for Goa stay with friends & family. Nicely located near to Varca beach. Villas, rooms, amenities exactly as shown in picture & informed on website. Self content kitchen is great advantage. Overall great experience. Will surely make it again while visiting Goa.

Travelled to Varca, Serenity Villas over Christmas, with extended family - 2 couples and 2 singles. It was a perfect holiday for all of us. Taxi pick up at the airport went smoothly and our driver, Gloryo, stopped for us to get groceries on the way to the villa. We used the large and well equipped kitchen for breakfasts and snacks, and found lovely beach shacks for our evening meals at sunset! We enjoyed the spacious living/dining room in the evenings for visiting and playing cards together. Everyone had enough privacy, as each had their own lovely and large bedroom. The staff and manager were friendly and helpful - special kudos to Pramod (manager) and George, the amazing guy who cheerfully helped with any needs - water refills, laundry, etc, etc. I would highly recommend Serenity to anyone looking for a great holiday with beach, pool, wonderful Indian food, some shopping (in nearby Margoa), sightseeing by taxi or motorbike, and, of course, peace and quiet!

We had a weeks stay at the property and it was amazing! We have been to Goa numerous times but this was Different !! The villa living room made us bond and have fun together rather than sitting in our own rooms . It was a no hassle stay with excellent services of housekeeping and the butler who helped us source things to cook. The location is very good and just 10 min walk to the Varca beach which has many options to eat. We had a great Holiday ! Will love to be back.

This is the second time we visited this property and our stay was even better than the first time. The Villa is located in Varca, South Goa with only 10 minutes walk to the white sandy beach. All four bedrooms and living rooms are spacious and air conditioned. The furniture is traditional goan style and very elegant. It has a flat screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi and a fully operational kitchen with all the necessary gadgets. It is a beautifully designed place with all the comforts of home. We loved the peaceful and tranquil location of the Villa which is far from the hustle and bustle of the city. One of the highlights is the infinity swimming pool which is very well maintained. The housekeeping services were excellent and provided us with fresh towels, soaps and bed sheets on daily basis. The manager and staff were very polite and helpful. Varca beach has many shacks lined up for good seafood which we regularly visited. For authentic seafood we went to Martin's Corner in Betalbatim and The Fisherman's Warf in Cavellosim both 15-20 minutes drive from Serenity. There's also the option of staying in and ordering from Tangy's which has home delivery. In a nutshell we had an awesome time staying at Serenity and would highly recommend the place. We will definitely be back !

The stay was fantastic. We all had a great time. With very few people staying in the villas, the pool was like a private pool. George (the caretaker) was very helpful and always had a smile. He was very kind to arrange coconut water for the kids and was very prompt in responding to our needs- arranging cleaning, water, scooters, taxi to the airport etc. Pramod (the property manager) would also enquire about our stay whenever he would meet us. Very tastefully furnished place. Excellent staff. Wonderful experience. Great place and great service. Would surely recommend it to friends and come back when we are in Goa again.

Superb property. Beautiful ambience. Very Spacious rooms. Very helpful staff. Situated on the Varca beach and surrounded by paddy fields. As the name suggests, this place is very serene and tranquil, and ideal for vacationers who are looking for a peaceful stay. Varca is a very clean and peaceful beach, with shacks that provide awesome sea food. If you are fond of Goan cuisine than you must not miss "Papa Joes" on the Varca beach. Unlike other Goan beaches, this beach is exceptionally clean, with white sand and No-beggars. Another beach close by is the Benaulim beach which is again a tourist attraction. Villas are very spacious and are well maintained. We stayed there for a week in a 4 bedroom Goan Villa. Bedrooms had 2 split aCs, Almira with locker, king-size bed, Chest of drawers, furniture -designed in antique style to match the royal ambience, and French windows overlooking the perfectly maintained lawn. Fully equipt kitchen, drawing and dining halls... fully loaded with microwave, electric stove, juicer, fridge, toaster, cutlery set, plates and glasses. Huge open terrace balconies with a perfect view. Well maintained swimming pool with chaise lounges and party table. Housekeeping staff was courteous, polite, very prompt and cooperative and always serviced us with smile. Bike/Cars are available on rent from the nearby dealers. This is one of the best resorts in south Goa. Would like to visit again next year.
