Terra Casa is a picturesque home tucked into the hills of Aegina. The house easily accommodated our 19 people. Each room is well thought out and everything in the villa is placed with intention. Pictures truly don't do this home justice. Rental cars are a must, as taxis seem to have trouble getting to the house. There is so much to do within 10 minutes of the home. Our group enjoyed a charted day cruise around the neighboring islands, atv rentals to take some back roads to the local ruins, and many restaurants and shops. The groundskeeper Nectarios was available whenever we had questions or needed anything and Marina (the owner) was easy to reach and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Terra Casa.

7 of us have just returned from Terracasa, we were celebrating our 30th year of holidaying together and we are all agreed that Terra Casa is the best holiday home we have ever had. Everything is perfect - the bedrooms, the pool, the grounds, the location and the living areas. The local supermarket stocked everything we needed and the small town of Souvala was delightful in the evenings, quite a few bars and restaurants overlooking the little harbour with a very pleasant atmosphere. We had a wonderful couple from www.wherevernext cook for us do 3 nights and I highly recommend them. Marina was a perfect host who dealt with any small problem very quickly. We recommend Terracasa wholeheartedly, you could not be disappointed.

We’ve just returned from the most amazing time at villa Terra Casa. We had the week with our family and friends and hosted our wedding reception for 34 guests. The location is simply stunning, the villa is beautiful and so spacious. The pool is ideal for families. Above all the owner Marina was amazing from start to finish. She helped us find caterers, and responded quickly to the many queries I had. I would thoroughly recommend the villa and hope to return again. Thank you for helping us achieve our perfect day/week.

Every year our extended family (10 adults and 7 kids from 15-3) goes for a week-long holiday in a different location in Europe. This year we stayed at Marina's House and we had the best experience one can imagine. The house is huge (8 bedrooms, some of them can be used as self-contained units) and 8.5 baths), fully air-conditioned (important for us) and very beautiful. It has an extensive (and multi-layered) garden with fruit (we picked grapes, figs, squash, tomatoes, and pears) overlooking the tranquil Aegean sea, with the continent visible in the horizon. The swimming pool is large, clean, and commands breathtaking views. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is nothing more satisfying than cooking a delicious meal from local produce and enjoying it at the large veranda. Aegina itself is quite close to Athens (45 minutes by boat and 75 by ferry) and is unspoiled by foreign tourists (most of the people we met were locals or domestic tourists). We found great fish restaurants, beautiful beaches, and nice ports. Marina herself was the perfect host (although we only met her once, upon arrival). We communicated via WhatsApp and whatever problem we had, she was quick to resolve (e.g, an air conditioner that wasn't working well, was fixed within a few hours). She was also my personal lifesaver as on the way from Athens to the airport I forgot my phone and wallet on the taxi and had no way to identify t he driver. Marina did the mission impossible of hunting down the driver, locating my belonging, and shipping it to me.
