The main entrance, situated under a portico, leads directly into the living area. This area of the house, which stretches along its whole length (about 80 square metres), is divided into living room with TV, dining area and kitchen. The front yard and the patio overlooking the countryside can be reached from both the dining and the living room. The living area is completed by a toilet and two corridors on to which open the four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the corridors leads to a room with washing machine. Park The whole property measures about 6 hectares with part cultivated with olive trees. The garden around the villa is about 3500 square metres and is covered by lawn with olives alternating attractively with many-coloured flowers. The paved patio next to the living area, with gazebo, table and chairs, is the ideal spot for dining in the open air whilst admiring the surrounding panorama. The portico is furnished with a wooden suite where guests can relax at sunset. Swimming Pool The entirely fenced-in pool is about 15 metres from the house and is situated on the same level. Rectangular in shape, it measures 13 x 6 m with a depth varying from 1.25 to 1.35 m. Entrance to the water is by large steps and it has a resin lining. The solarium area is paved and provided with sun umbrellas, sun beds and cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The pretty village of Marta stands on the shores of the lake of Bolsena (the largest lake in Europe of volcanic origin with pristine waters, suitable throughout for swimming). It offers a suggestive walk from the tourist port to the fishing village with its characteristic boats. The historical centre, among the most beautiful and well preserved of the whole Viterbo area, rises up to the medieval tower with a particular octagonal shape and a courtyard overlooking a breathtaking landscape.
