Affitto il mio appartamento spazioso e tranquillo, sito a pochi passi dal mare e all'interno di un villaggio privato, con parcheggio riservato, ampio terrazzo e organizzato su due piani. Il massimo per una vacanza al mare con amici o famiglia!
La casa è sviluppata su due piani:
- Al PT si trova la cucina con zona pranzo, l'ingresso all'ampio terrazzo, le scale per salire al piano superiore e un piccolo disimpegno, dotato di armadio a muro, che porta al bagno e ad una camera che può essere adibita a zona notte con 2 o 3 letti o a salotto.
- Al 1° Piano troviamo un ampia zona unica dove sono presenti diversi letti in base alle esigenze, il salottino con tv e un secondo bagno oltre all'aria condizionata.

Appartamento a Pinarella di Cervia comodo al mare ai negozi e alla bellissima pineta
Arredato in modo dignitoso e con lavatrice lavastoviglie e aria condizionata funzionanti.
Gentilezza e cordialità dei padron di casa.
Posto ideali x bambini.

Sono stata nell’appartamento di Alessandro, non quest’anno ,bello , grande ho tenuto anche il mio cane , bulldog francese , aria condizionata arredato bene , Alessandro molto gentile . Parcheggio auto scoperto all’interno del residence , chiuso da un cancello di entrata , sicuro anche per chi ha bambini .Vicino alla spiaggia e ai negozi molto comodo. L’unica pecca è l’’ascensore poi per il resto top.👍
