We had a wonderful weeks holiday at Ruby Villas in Zakinthos.
The villa is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is great so to is the outdoor furniture and swing seats. It’s just a ten minute walk into Alykes town which has a great variety of restaurants and bars. The beach in the town is beautiful too with clear water. Highly recommend

Wonderful
Faultless. Second time of staying here. Its still beautiful. In fact, even more so than the previous stay in 2019. 1 word. Perfect.
The pool is amazing. The gardens are gorgeous. The villa is well equipped. Comfortable. Clean. Cool.
If you want your own space. Peace and quiet. Close to bars and restaurants then don't loom past Ruby villas.
Nick and Debbie are wonderful people. Nothing is any trouble.

Stay at ruby vila
Have just had a fab week at ruby Vila Nick and Debbie have been great host and
Really are lovely people , the Vila is beautiful light and airy has everything you need in a peaceful location but close to all amenities and the beach thank-you for everything sad to go

Amazing!
I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and both have been spectacular. Cannot fault the villas in any way. Nick and Debbie are always there for when I needed anything.
If you’re thinking about booking, do it!

Absolute Perfection
We’ve just had a week at Ruby Villas and the best way to describe it is Wow!
A beautiful property and Nick & Debbie are fantastic hosts.
The property is in a fabulous location - just a 10/15 minute walk from the local restaurants/bars and the beach.
Everything about the place was perfect and we can’t wait to go back.

Absolute perfection
This villa is absolutely stunning. It has everything you could possibly need. Clean. Comfortable. Peaceful. Close to bars and restaurants.
The views of the mountain are beautiful.
The pool is gorgeous. A good size to be able to swim.
Nick and Debbie are perfect hosts. Nothing is any trouble. They have made pure heaven in this villa.
If you only ever have one villa holiday then choose this one. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Villa
Our daughter and family stayed at Ruby Villas last year and loved it so much they wanted us to join them for the following year. It was our first experience staying in a Villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Villa is beautiful with a large garden and sitting area and a gorgeous pool in a quiet and peaceful location about 15 minute walk to the fantastic resort of Alykes with excellent restaurants and friendly locals.
The owners Nick and Debbie who live in the villa next door are such a lovely couple and always on hand should you need it. Thank you both so much for making our holiday one to remember.

Ruby Villas 2019.
Just returned from a week in Alykes staying in Nick and Debs fantastic villa. Everything was perfect (especially the pool) with no issues. Nick and Debs were very friendly,happy to advise but not intrusive in anyway but on hand if needed. The villa and resort is highly recommended and we hope to return in 2020. Its a fantastic resort with great friendly locals and excellent restaurants. Many thanks Sarah and Simon.

Fab Relaxing Holy
Just returned from a great relaxing holiday at the Ruby Villa.
Gorgeous well proportioned villa in a peaceful location, 20 mins stroll to loads of restaurants.
Well designed, built and cared for by Debbie and Nick who are always around if you need them.
The pool is a cracker! The whole Villa is.

A very special villa
A beautiful child friendly villa in the quaint town of Alykes. This villa ticks all the boxes;
Immaculately clean
Safe and secure
Home from home and well equipped
Gorgeous pool
Walking distance to main strip of restaurants.approx 1.5km
There are so many great things but as a family of five it catered for everyone.
Even had the benefit of Netflix so happy kids!
Thanks Nick and Deb for being the perfect hosts we will remember this holiday for a very long time and so will our boys!

Alykes is a little slice of paradise with it lush green surroundings, Beautiful mountain views and overall lovely place The turquoise and calm water on the beautiful beach is stunning, and relaxing with its shallow water making it a joy for all ages. The hospitality from the Tavernas and bars is so great you will want to return. There’s lots of shops on the Main Street which is a 8 minute walk from the villas. Hosting a variety of different things from clothes restaurants bars gift shops and not forgetting the excursions, to the shipwreck, blue caves and a lot more. Don’t be surprised if you return again and again.
