Newly built stone villas set within a tranquil setting . This well appointed property comes highly recommended and is found just 10 minute walk to a great selection of amenities,including the lovely sandy beach of Alykes. On the beautiful Island of Zakynthos Greece, This spacious 2 bedroom villa has been very tastefully styled and furnished to a high modern standard.. The large air-conditioned bedrooms along with lovely modern ensuite shower rooms.each bedroom has patio doors that lead out onto a covered terrace .From the living area, patio doors lead out to a covered terrace and very large relaxing dining area , which overlooks the huge pool and lawned gardens. The villa is equipped with all the amenities giving you an home from home feeling and making it a perfect place to holiday

Amazing villa
Amazing villa with huge pool and gardens, lots of space inside and out, with everything you could need. Great location with excellent views of the countryside and nearby mountains. Within easy reach of excellent local restaurants and the great sandy beach. Many thanks to the hosts Nick and Debbie!

Enjoyed a great holiday
We spent a week in the Ruby Villa in October 2023. It was wonderful! The house is in perfect shape, well maintained and with modern and convenient facilites. The surroundings are excellent too, the garden is huge, well kept, with many places to sit and relax, and of course the terriffic pool. The house was so convenient that it was hard to leave it 😄.
The house owners live next door. They were so friendly and inviting that we felt at home right away.
All in all it was a wonderful vacation with a cozy, spacious and modern environment, nutured by a friendly and hospitable couple.

Awesome Ruby Villas
Probably the best Villa I’ve ever stayed at. The setting is very tranquil , the grounds are beautifully kept and the pool is incredible.
The Villa itself is exceptional, modern, extremely clean and spacious with all the mod cons you could wish for.
Nick and Debbie do everything possible to ensure your stay is perfect.
If you’re looking for a slice of heaven on earth, look no further than Ruby Villas.
I totally recommend this holiday location to anyone, it’s awesome, you’ll love every second you’ve here.

Beautiful spot for holiday
We had a wonderful weeks holiday at Ruby Villas in Zakinthos.
The villa is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is great so to is the outdoor furniture and swing seats. It’s just a ten minute walk into Alykes town which has a great variety of restaurants and bars. The beach in the town is beautiful too with clear water. Highly recommend

Wonderful
Faultless. Second time of staying here. Its still beautiful. In fact, even more so than the previous stay in 2019. 1 word. Perfect.
The pool is amazing. The gardens are gorgeous. The villa is well equipped. Comfortable. Clean. Cool.
If you want your own space. Peace and quiet. Close to bars and restaurants then don't loom past Ruby villas.
Nick and Debbie are wonderful people. Nothing is any trouble.

Stay at ruby vila
Have just had a fab week at ruby Vila Nick and Debbie have been great host and
Really are lovely people , the Vila is beautiful light and airy has everything you need in a peaceful location but close to all amenities and the beach thank-you for everything sad to go

Amazing!
I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and both have been spectacular. Cannot fault the villas in any way. Nick and Debbie are always there for when I needed anything.
If you’re thinking about booking, do it!

Absolute Perfection
We’ve just had a week at Ruby Villas and the best way to describe it is Wow!
A beautiful property and Nick & Debbie are fantastic hosts.
The property is in a fabulous location - just a 10/15 minute walk from the local restaurants/bars and the beach.
Everything about the place was perfect and we can’t wait to go back.

Absolute perfection
This villa is absolutely stunning. It has everything you could possibly need. Clean. Comfortable. Peaceful. Close to bars and restaurants.
The views of the mountain are beautiful.
The pool is gorgeous. A good size to be able to swim.
Nick and Debbie are perfect hosts. Nothing is any trouble. They have made pure heaven in this villa.
If you only ever have one villa holiday then choose this one. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Villa
Our daughter and family stayed at Ruby Villas last year and loved it so much they wanted us to join them for the following year. It was our first experience staying in a Villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Villa is beautiful with a large garden and sitting area and a gorgeous pool in a quiet and peaceful location about 15 minute walk to the fantastic resort of Alykes with excellent restaurants and friendly locals.
The owners Nick and Debbie who live in the villa next door are such a lovely couple and always on hand should you need it. Thank you both so much for making our holiday one to remember.

About the neighborhood
Alykes is a little slice of paradise with it lush green surroundings, Beautiful mountain views and overall lovely place The turquoise and calm water on the beautiful beach is stunning, and relaxing with its shallow water making it a joy for all ages. The hospitality from the Tavernas and bars is so great you will want to return. There’s lots of shops on the Main Street which is a 8 minute walk from the villas. Hosting a variety of different things from clothes restaurants bars gift shops and not forgetting the excursions, to the shipwreck, blue caves and a lot more. Don’t be surprised if you return again and again.
