Villa
Beautiful independent villa at 100 metres from the beach, in Trappeto near Palermo in Sicily. The immediate proximity to the sea allows you to easily walk to the beach equipped and free, made of fine sand and especially suitable for children.
The villa has two double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.
Outside, large spaces, both at the front of the house and at the back with an additional built-in kitchen, bathroom and shower.
Two covered verandas and a large garden with sea view.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, TV (free channels only), wi-fi free unlimited, water and gas supply. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge. Parking spaces for 2 or 3 cars.
Transportation to and from the airports of Palermo and Trapani can be offered at an extra cost.

Perfect vacation
Everything was just like in the description. The house is a 3 minutes walk from the beach. It is very well equiped with everything you can think of (air conditioning in every room, good quality towels, soap, shampoo, all kind of pans, plates, spices, etc).
The villa has a spectacular sea view from the front terrace and a nice kitchen in the backyard where you could cook or just enjoy a nice fish barbecue.
Marco was very toughtful (he expected us with fresh fruits and a bottle of wine) and very flexibile with the check-in and check-out. He gave us all the information we need and even more😊
It was the best choice we could have made for our vacation in Sicilia.

Villa Namali Trappeto-casa al mare
Tolles Haus, wirkt neu renoviert und eingerichtet, in Top Lage, ruhig mit Meerblick (Club Pampam gegenüber, war aber geschlossen), 5 Minuten bis zum Meer zu Fuß. 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt und Hafen von Trappeto.
Schöner Aussenbereich mit großzügiger Aussenküche sowie Grill und abends herrliche Sicht auf Sonnenuntergänge. Sehr gute Betten bzw. Matratzen.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt an Marco und Maria, die uns schon supernett vorher kontaktiert und empfangen haben. Wir kommen gern bald wieder. Die Solinger

Questa villa a pochi passi dalla spiaggia può essere usata anche come punto di appoggio per chi vuole godersi le bellezze della Sicilia come abbiamo fatto noi.Nelle vicinanze si possono visitare Castellammare del Golfo,Riserva dello Zingaro,Scopello,Erice,San vito lo capo,Mondello,Monreale,Segesta e Palermo.I Proprietari,Marco e Celeste,sono gentili e disponibili,la casa ha una bellissima cucina esterna per delle cene e grigliate.Ambiente pulito e ordinato.Lo consigliamo.Rina e William

great place for a family trip, close to beach
Marco is a fantastic host, very attentive and very helpful. He is kind, good communicator and very very helpful. The place is very clean, has everything you need, perfect for a group vacation or family with kids. Beach is 3 minute away from the house, great pizza place on the lido for late evenings in-house orders.

Wonderful house in Sicily
Marco to wspaniały gospodarz. Uczynny, miły i bardzo, bardzo gościnny. Dom wyśmienicie położony, kilka kroków od plaży. We had a wonderful stay in Villa NÃ mali!
We had a wonderful stay in Villa Namali! Marco is very kind and friendly host, also responding fast, communication was always warm! Check-in and check-out went perfectly well and Marco is very flexible with his guests. This is very nice place to stay, very clean and well equipped. Location is also very good and easy to find, parking is also available at home yard, beach is really close. Shopping area reachable by car in 10 to 15 minutes. We spent an awesome days in this house and will go back for sure!

Well cared-for comfortable seaside villa with beautiful garden.
The villa has three comfortable, very clean bedrooms with quality beds. It has a small inside kitchen and spacious outside kitchen / dining area. The outside areas are very pleasant and shaded with views out to sea. The trees and plants add greatly to the sense of peace and calm.
Trappeto is a mile or so away and is a smaller seaside town popular with locals but not too busy, so a good base for exploring the area. The local beach is ujust 30m walk away.
We found the owner was very hospitable and responsive to our needs which helped make it an excellent rental.

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick und super Sonnenterrasse
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet, alles notwendige vorhanden. Schön und ruhig gelegene Ferienhaus nur wenigen Meter vom Strand entfernt. Wir werden sicher mal wieder nach Sizilien kommen!

Great Location with lots of outside space.
The Villa is very close to the beach, it has good rooms with a very good air conditioning. There is a small kitchen inside but a large outdoor one with covered space and table and chair. The rest of the villa has lots of outside space, both in the sun and in the shade. When we visited in September it was after the holidays and so the beach was almost empty. The local bar is close by, restaurants in the old town are about a 30 minute walk away. Marco was very helpful and we had everything we could has asked for.

Bellissima vacanza, la villetta è molto bella e curata sotto tutti gli aspetti, mi sono congratulato con me stesso per averla trovata. Bel giardino, curato e rilassante. Bella vista sul mare. Cucina esterna molto spaziosa e comoda. Secondo bagno e doccia esterni comodissimi. Camere da letto impeccabili. Marco è una splendida persona, gentilissimo e più che disponibile. Insomma, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva, grazie di tutto!
