If you want to enjoy skiing in one of the largest ski areas in Europe but not spend an absolute fortune then Les Coches could be just what you are looking for and our apartments put you right in the centre of the resort.

Situated above the shopping square, the apartment sleeps 4 people. There is a separate bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double. There are 2 further single beds in the living area. There is a small galley kitchen with adjoining dining alcove. A bathroom and separate WC complete the facilities.

Balcony overlooks the shopping square so you are always part of the entertainment.

The apartment is right opposite our 2 person flat so the 2 can be booked together to provide accommodation for 6 people.

Ski lifts and ski school are 2 minutes walk away, about 50m.

End of season first time visit to this resort. Apartment really good/well equipped and everyone really very helpful to allow us access before 4pm due to early arrival on Eurostar. Excellent location for shops, restaurants and slopes. Village atmosphere. Some late noise from people hanging round village square on some nights. We had no transport so used feet, buses, trains...

Clean and Tidy - Basic Apartment All amenities on the door stop Excellent access to La Plange and Les Arcs Lifts 50M - No queues when there in Mid March Ski Hire 30M (various) Food Shop and Bar 30M WiFi excellent No TV - if you plan to stay in - take Tablet and movies or Pack of Cards etc

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hotplates, small oven and dishwasher. <BR>The bathroom has handbasin and bath with shower. There is a separate WC.<BR>There is underfloor heating plus convector heaters.<BR><BR>We have installed an internet connection so can offer free WIFI to our guests.<BR><BR>There are 2 single beds in the living area which double as seating and 2 single beds in the bedroom which can be put together to make a double bed. Les Coches is in the Paradiski area, boasting 425km of ski runs, 175 ski lifts and skiing up to 3250m. The ski area combines runs in Les Arcs and La Plagne linked by the Vanoise Express, a stunning cable car spanning 1800m, 380m above the valley. CAR<BR>- All auto-route from Calais, approximately 10hrs including stops or split the journey with an overnight stop.<BR><BR>TRAIN<BR>- Eurostar direct to Bourg-St-Maurice during the ski season.<BR>- Eurostar to Paris then TGV via Chambery to Landry or Bourg.<BR>From Bourg you can take a train to Landry which is the station before Bourg in the valley then the navette up to the resort. Alternatively book a taxi from Bourg which will cost €40 - €50 and takes approx 25 minutes.<BR><BR>AIR<BR>- Chambery (1.75 hr)<BR>- Grenoble (2.5 hr)<BR>- Lyon (2.5 hr)<BR>- Geneva (2.5 hr)<BR>Transfer from the airport is easiest and probably cheapest by hiring a car.
