Bathrooms have been made of marble, with shower column with thee and bathtub in place covered with 'bisazza' (one of the most authoritative luxury design brands in the production of glass mosaics).
The outdoor area is really well restored with a lovely gazebo (patio) with wood tables and chairs and many shaded areas for the peak summer season, and includes a swimming pool (size 12x6 mt) made with fine workmanship, suitable for adults and children and equipped with comfortable sun loungers/chairs.
The villa is surrounded by an amazing garden, in conformity with the refined taste that characterizes it; rich in native and exotic plant species as well as an area of cacti from semi-desert countries and plants of olive trees of our Puglia, all framed by a relaxing and soft green grass.
This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, just 30 km from the gorgeous Matera, Basilicata's jewel, famous for its sassi (stone houses carved out of the caves and cliffs) and is situated in its own 2 acres of land, with olive trees, cherrys and almonds all this is surrounded by a most beautiful rural area ideal for walking and cycling.

Arrival is in the afternoon from 4 pm to 11 pm, departure until 10.30 am. Please ask if you want to arrive/depart at different times - I am not strict but it may need planning. In case you arrive after 9 pm to the airport I expect you to take a taxi to make it more depend;

Keep clean & switch off the lights and close the windows when leaving; please close all windows when leaving the house;
Please treat my apartment like it was yours! ;)

We had a wonderful time staying in your beautiful villa. The villa was immaculate with every facility catered for e.g. cot and high chair provided for our grandchild, plenty of sunbeds beside a lovely pool, set in pleasant grounds. We loved the amazing bathroom! Location was central to places of interest, we felt safe and secure whilst staying here. We would certainly stay in your villa on future visits to Italy and will recommend to our family and friends.
This was a special family holiday for us and we could not have found anywhere better.

Everything was OK. Christopher and his family stayed for 10 days and I had absolutely no problems, they were quiet and left the villa clean.

Awesome Villa
Even better than pictures. Nice pool and garden our family with three boys Enjoy a lot. The host lady was very kind and help us If we need something advice. I can definitely recommed this villa. Thank you.

great stay
Spacious and modern villa with all facilites. Large swimming pool and garden with very friendly donkey in a paddock. Location is quiet and a short drive/reasonable easy walk to the Hypermarket, shops and post office near the town centre. Putignano is pretty town with historic centre and good restuarants.
