Casa 9 Sanlucar is a wonderful 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom duplex town house, with all the facilities and more you could wish for to make this your perfect holiday home. The property comes with private underground parking, communal swimming pool (check with us for pool opening dates), Free Fibra Optic WI-FI and a small private gym, with running machine and cross trainer. The communal pool and garden are available for your use within the gated community area. The entrance to the rental house is located on the street (Cuesta de Capuchinos) and the two entrances to the community are 10 metres from the front door of your rental house. Smoking is not allowed within the property only on the private roof terrace or kitchen patio. The open plan fully fitted kitchen and dining room is ideal for a family. The dining room also has air conditioning. The master bedroom has an incredible 2m by 2m bed, walk-in wardrobe, built-in wardrobe and also benefits from air conditioning and electric radiator if required in winter. The twin bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning/heating. The final bedroom has a single bed and a small child's pull out bed is available for a small supplement, this bedroom has an electric radiator for heating and air conditioning. The first bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor and the second bathroom is located on the first floor with the three bedrooms. This bathroom comes complete with walk-in shower and full size bath. The second floor has the mini-gym with TV, washing machine and access to the private terrace which comes complete with outside sofa seating, table and chairs, sun lounger and BBQ. The communal pool and garden are available for your full use. A private parking space is available in the underground car park. Smoking is allowed on the private roof terrace and private kitchen patio, not inside the property. Within 100m there are several small food shops, a pharmacy, fish mongers and an excellent butchers for all your meats, pre-cooked food, cheese and charcuterie. Around 400m there are a variety of shops including a Mercadona supermarket, BBQ spit roast chicken take away shop, bakers and many cafeterias. The famous Bajo de Guia is about 20 min walk along the promenade and Plaza Cabildo is only 8 minutes walk with all its well known tapas bars. The beach is only 400m away from the property. We also have two other properties available in this urbanisation, so if you group size is larger we still may be able to accommodate you.
