This apartment has the most amazing views and less than 5 km drive to the nearest beach stretch. Away from the crowd, though very close to restaurants and shopping. The urbanization is situated in an up hill location, overlooking a great part of the coastal area near Marbella. Amazing views from both terraces! When you enter the property you find the living and kitchen area straight forward and right. From the living you have direct access to the terrace where you morning coffee is complementet with fantastic views. The terraces are facing directly south, consequently you will have sunshine throughout the entire day. The living area has a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom have direct access to another terrace of approx. 15m2 with a little table and 2 sunbeds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet and bidet. The other bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. Airconditioning: Throughout the entire apartment WIFI: living TV: Apple TV, view your home pre-downloaded TV shows and movies HIFI: Bose system for Iphone/Ipod Parking: Underground private parking The urbanization has 2 pool areas. 1 with large pool and childrens pool and a separate area with a smaller swimming pool. When you drive down the hill towards the beach and walk towards west where you find all kind of restaurants, bars and beach clubs and the typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). Check out Hippopotamos beach bar, Bono’s Beach or South Beach or one of the various Spanish restaurants. Some do have live entertainment throughout summer holidays. Distance to the cozy old Town of Marbella is 7 km and it is a 15 minutes’ drive to the famous harbor of Puerto Banus, where high end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants are presented. Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses. Prices are based on 4 persons. Extra bed/sofa bed: There is a sofabed for 2 persons in the holiday home. Price Euro 75 per extra person/week including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Ask the office. Baby cot & high chair: We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office. Change bed sheets & towels: If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. Ask the office. Payment: Credit/debit cards or bank transfer. SIERRA NEVADA is a fantastic holiday experience for the whole family!!! This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness. Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella.
