Interaction with guests
The key to the property will usually be sent by post several weeks prior to the guest's arrival day. For last-minute bookings our local agent will arrange for the key to be at the property. A five page Information Guide (Directions, inventory and other useful local information) will be emailed to guests upon confirmation of the booking. We will ring guests on the property landline at 1800 hours on their arrival day to check that all is in order. Upon departure, please put the key in an envelope put it in our letterbox at Noizeret

COUCHES - THE NEAREST TOWN, 3 KM AWAY
The medieval town of Couches is dominated by the Chateau of Marguerite of Burgundy. Other historic buildings include Le Priure St Georges(725), La Tour Majole & Tour Guerin (12th century), La Maison des Templiers (1610), Le Viel Hopital (1656) and the Menhirs of Epoigny of around 5000 years ago.

LEAVE THE A6 AUTOROUTE AT EITHER BEAUNE OF CHALON-SUR-SAONE

If you leave at BEAUNE, turn left at the first roundabout after the toll gates and take the by-pass around to the N74/D974 to ST LEGER SUR DHEUNE

The turn right in to the D978 to COUCHES

If you leave at CHALON-SUR-SAONE (Chalon Nord), follow the D978 to COUCHES (Direction Autun) via Mercurey

AT COUCHES
1. You will know you have reached Couches when you see the Chateau on your right – you can't miss it!

2. Drive slowly through Couches and take the D1 which goes off to the left to Le Creusot. The D1 is immediately after the Church which is on the right hand side of the road.
