The architecture was inspired by the traditional “arcachonnaise” Description extracted from the site villaducapferret : Pleasant villa of 100 m2 in the quiet and preserved neighborhood of the “44 hectares”, ideally located in the narrow peninsular, 10 mn walk between the Arcachon basin and the Atlantic Ocean with a large wooded corner garden of 1,000 m2 and a spacious terrace. House of foot, facing south. Quiet, safety for children who can go to the beach on foot or by bicycle.

All linen needed for the number of people provided is loaned free of charge. It must be returned cleaned (with the exception of the last set in use on the morning of the check-out).
A RAINBIRD automatic watering system works at night. We can on request stop it punctually or possibly change the schedule.
A camera is positioned at the portal (the only one to preserve your privacy) but necessary for the surveillance of robbers etc…
Housekeeping: The villa, its equipment and surroundings must be made clean at the check-out and as found at the check-in.
das einchecken war etwas problematisch da wir die sprache nicht sprechen aber es gibt immer nette franzosen und englisch ging so,alles sehr abgesichert,unterkunft fantastisch 120qm mit whirlpool und für wenig geld,wir waren 3wochen dort,leider kein deutsches fernsehen aber wir hatten unsere sat-schüssel(30cm) mit daher kein problem.die damen waren alle sehr nett wir hatten probleme mit dem internet hat nicht so geklappt lag vielleicht auch an mir. würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren kurze wege zum einkaufen bäcker ab um 7 uhr offen gleich um die ecke
leider hatten die liegen keine auflagen ein kleines manko, aber sonst sehr schön
