This is a pet friendly modern detached open plan bungalow, with sea views, own parking, located just 2 mins walk from the beach and 3 miles from Hornsea by car. Takes about 1hr and 30mins to walk at a stroll. The property is accessed via a path leading from The Old Post Office Tearooms. the access path is easy to navigate with a wheelchair or pushchair. Ramps are available, just drop us an email and they will be in place for your arrival. The enclosed private garden with sea view is designed to provide a relaxing outdoor space and comes complete with furniture. The large open plan layout includes a dining area and modern kitchen fully equipped with integrated appliances. The living area has a large sofa bed that is quick and simple to foldout and comes complete with king size quilt and bedding stored inside. The realistic log effect gas fire provide the ideal atmosphere for relaxing, watching T.V, a D.V.D player or playing children's games (all of which are provided). There is also a list of DVD's that can be borrowed from Nic in the tearooms. Large Patio doors lead onto private fenced garden with furniture, offering security for both children and dogs. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a kettle, 4 slice toaster, built in fridge, electric hob (pans provided), duo-microwave and fan assist oven both with instructions for use. Crockery and cutlery are included along with glasses. The bathroom offers ease of access with a modern layout including a large walk in shower. Complete with towels, large wall mounted mirror and hairdryer. The bedroom has a double bed with king size quilt. A travel cot is provided and a high chair is available on request. There are drawers and wardrobe for storage during your stay. Just down the path is the Old Post Office Tearooms, were you can pre-order breakfast (£6.75) or just enjoy a cuppa, selection of sandwiches or cake. Nearby in the area is the historical market town of Beverley with it's Minster, Theatre, Racecourse and Eateries. RSPB Bempton Cliffs, Fraisthorpe Beach are along the coast road and the attractions Hull's City of Culture - The Deep, Marina and Ferens Art Gallery ( which always hosts a wide variety of art ), Hull Truck New Theatre, K Com Stadium, Mainline Rail Station, Cross Channel Ferry Terminal are all within easy driving distance of less than 18 miles. Very close to the beach just a short walk. Pet friendly with a dog safe garden, level access bungalow with a walk in shower, great for those who may struggle with steps.
