Awesome villa, patio and pool area were great. Villa had air con and in the bedrooms too which we needed since we had a heatwave. Would recommend to anybody. No WIFI but all the bars had, plus this only bothered the under 30s!!!

5 of us stayed here in June, the villa was exceptional, neil and his lovely wife welcomed us. We had a welcome pack of food and water etc waiting for us, couldn't fault the villa, it had everything you needed, lovely inside and out. Supermarket nearby, if we were going into town a taxi was about €5, we stayed in...

The top floor of the property is set as a master suite with a large double bedroom with 3m wide patio doors leading out onto a big terrace that has sea views. There are ample fitted wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with 'his and hers' wash-hand basins, bath with shower over and w.c..<BR>The middle entrance floor has the living room, 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes and drawers, family bathroom and the kitchen/breakfast room. Linen and towel change every 7 days for bookings of two weeks or more.

Payments are accepted in Euro or GBP Sterling. GBP payments will be calculated using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of each payment.

A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable 200 euro security deposit is also required with the final balance. This will be returned within 7 days of departure after a final inspection by our local agents.

About the neighborhood
Arroyo de la Miel is a beautiful and well maintained town and has much to offer. The main street is a wonderful mix of colourful plants and trees with a plethora of cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the essential banks, small shops, and supermarkets. You will be struck by the cleanliness wherever you go, the local ayuntamiento takes great pride in its town and encourages visitors to return year after year. The seafront stretches for many kilometres with a host of restaurants offering freshly caught fish and the beaches are clean, sandy and never too crowded.<BR>

How to get there
Airport: Malaga: 4.3 mi
Benalmadena is approximately 15 minutes from Malaga airport which receives regular flights from most UK airports using low cost carriers. There is also a train station next to the airport which goes as far as Arroyo de la Miel town centre. Train fares in Spain are extremely cheap. From Arroyo station the villa is a short 3 minute journey by taxi or about 15 minutes on foot. A taxi direct from the airport will cost approximately 30-35 euro.<BR><BR>There are numerous car hire firms based at the airport. Whoever you choose we do recommend taking the full insurance damage waiver.
