Lovely villa. Great location
A lovely villa a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and a small supermarket . Close to sandy beach and good swimming/snorkelling area off rocks in the opposite direction.. The villa was well equipped and was extremely clean and well maintained. It has a nice pool, terrace and BBQ and also has a roof terrace off the upstairs master bedroom - a great place to watch the sunset with a pre-dinner drink. Would love to go back.

Es Moro
Hemos estado una semana en familia en esta casa y nos ha parecido preciosa. Tiene todo tipo de detalles y el aire acondicionado de la habitacion principal es una delicia , asi como la piscina en el jardin, la zona del comedor del porche, la cocina con todo lo necesario .... Esta ubicada en una zona muy centrica de Binibeca pero muy tranquila desde donde se disfruta de unas maravillosas puestas de sol... Y Mila , la dueña es encantadora. Volveremos .

Great villa in a wonderful location
Excellent clean and wel appointed villa. Comfortable and handy for shops, beach, and rocks to swim off. Gardens and pool cleaned regularly, and a short walk to restaurants and bars. Owner was friendly and available when wi-fi went down, sorted within 1/2 day, and an equment fault.

Great choice - completely recommend it
This was our family's first summer holiday together and we were very hopeful of getting good accommodation and the location being great, and we were not disappointed.
The pictures of the villa do not really do it justice - it was immaculate when we arrived - completely spotless, and decorated with a lovely touch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need, so the nights we wanted to cook at home were just like being at home. I also didn't know what to expect about the size of the pool as it was hard to judge from the picture, but it turns out it was a very good size - steps easing into a shallow end that my 6 and 7 year olds could just stand up in, and then a deep end which was deep enough for children to happily dive into - I could just about stand up in it and I am 6 feet tall. It was also long enough to feel like a decent sized pool. It was cleaned multiple times in the mornings so was reasonably clean. The pool is not heated but this wasn't a problem - in the mid-August sun it was a good temperature to swim in. The kids favoured this over the beach and it provided many hours of happy entertainment. The garden it's in is also immaculate, with a gardener coming once in the week.
The villa has multiple roof balconies and a ground floor veranda, so eating outside was varied and a pleasure - upstairs you have views of the sea and can watch the spectacular sunsets, and downstairs you get a feel for how well kept the garden, villa, and pool all are. It's a disappointment to come home to England and eat inside again!
Location-wise the villa is very good. It's a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Binibeca 'village' and no more than a 15 minute walk to the completely lovely beach. It's a 20 minute drive to/from Mahon airport so no distance at all really, and whilst you can watch the planes coming in and out of the airport all day from the villa it wasn't noisy at all. Flights started at 8am ish and finished at 10.30pm ish, but were no bother. There is some nightlife in Binibeca so there are people coming and going at various times of the day along the road that the villa is on, but it is not a loud place at all so this wasn't a problem. We hired a car and were able to get to the craft markets in Es Castell in Mahon one evening in 20 minutes, a water park in Punta Prima in no more than 10 minutes, and Punta Prima beach (too busy) on another day. So overall the location is great.
The Binibeca beach was superb - small enough to feel intimate but not tiny. It was very clean, with turquoise water which sloped gently out to sea. It was superb for snorkelling - the fish have to be seen to be believed, and it was funny to hear many people exclaiming 'wow' when they saw them all (take some bread to the beach and feed the fish - it's incredible). It's got one of the best beach bars/cafes I've seen, and is frequented most of the day and is quite lively, in a good way, late afternoon.
The owner 'Mila' is very nice and was extremely helpful, offering advice on travel and amenities in advance of the holiday to help me plan the week. Once you are booked you get her phone number and email and she was happy to answer any queries I had at any point. She arrived on time at the agreed time on the day we arrived.There was a small problem with the flush on one of the toilets that she got a plumber in the next morning to fix, which was very good. All the way through the booking process and the holiday it was a pleasure to deal with Mila - the main worry you can have with booking over the internet with an individual is that you are not sure of the person you will be dealing with - I can testify that Mila was a complete pleasure and very helpful at every stage and there were no problems.
All in all our experience of the villa and Binibeca was superb - and don't judge it by the pictures on this website, as it really is very nice inside and out!

Beautiful Villa in a great location!
Es Moro is a beautiful villa in a great location. We chose this villa for a special holiday with 2 of our children (youngest 11). We were not disappointed! Located in the quiet family resort on Binebeca, it is handy for the airport and Mahon. There is a small supermarket just a minutes walk away for essentials and a larger supermarket 20 minutes away at Sant Lluis .
The villa is only a short (10min) walk from the beech and swimming is possible off the rocks and coves behind the row of villas If the sea is calm - we only did this when others were there. We visited in the first week in June and the temperature was very comfortable - no problem having an unheated pool and and we did not need the air-conditioning in the bedroom.
The villa itself is very well set out and fully equipped. It was exceptionally clean and tidy with some nice decoration. The family bathroom on the ground floor suited the children, giving us the the first floor with main bedroom and a good shower/bathroom. We did not need the single room which also has a pull out bed to sleep 6 in total.
Sea views and sunsets on the large roof terrace were a real bonus(a section of this was not used as it is unsafe for small children) The garden was very neat and well looked after and the pool clean and a good size with steps.
Communication with Tripadvisor and the owner Mila was excellent. Mila met us on arrival for a handover and at the end of the holiday and she always replied quickly to our e-mails.
We would recommend this villa and resort to others. Some may find the kitchen a bit small (with high cupboards) but we were not on holiday to cook! Great to have a large new fridge freezer and dishwasher. Loved the BBQ by the pool. Wi-Fi very reliable and appreciated. We had no problems during our stay.
Above all, special thanks to Mila for the surprise she left us for our wedding anniversary - we were really touched.
We would love to return!

Lovely Villa
Just got back from a week as Es Moro and couldn't really fault it. Mila was great pre-holiday by answering questions and making recommendations and was on time to hand over the keys and show us around the villa. The villa itself is in a great location with a couple of local supermarkets and restaurants two minutes away in Binibeca Vell (Village). Technically you don't need a car as you can get pretty much everything you need there but having a car does make life easier and let's you see the island and get to the cheaper supermarkets which are 10 minutes away. The villa is close to the beach but why bother when you have the pool which is great, a BBQ, a roof terrace etc. The villa itself is larger than the photos suggest with a nice lounge area and TV which is great for entertaining young kids for an hour when they tire of the pool. Whilst the only room with air con is the main bedroom upstairs this wasn't really an issue for us in June but could imagine it may disappoint some. We stayed in Cala Blanca last year which is the other side of the island but we much preferred this side as there was a bit more to do and see and recommendations would include Es Castell, Fornells, the zoo which is great for younger kids and only 20 minutes away and Mahon / Mao itself which is only 15 minutes away. All in all a great holiday and so pleased we chose this villa over some of the others we looked at and already looking at booking for next year.

Excellent villa, enjoyable stay
Really enjoyed our week at Es Moro and Binibeca. The villa was excellent, very clean and with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was particularly enjoyed by us all (parents and two children aged 14 and 10). It was lovely sitting outside on the roof terrace at night watching the beautiful sunsets and then stargazing.
Plenty of restaurants and bars within 5 -10 mins walking distance so ate out every night, fresh croissants and fruit from the shop (again just 5 minutes away) every morning for breakfast. We didn't venture far as were happy being by the pool but did have a day on the lovely beach - just 10 - 15 mins walk away and a brief excursion into Punta Prima on the road train.
Mila was very friendly and welcoming and we would certainly consider returning for another holiday in the future.

Fabulous Villa
Can't fault it.....
This is our second time visiting Binibeca Vell and we went this year with family. Again, had a great holiday and the lovely villa didn't disappoint. Mila was lovely and was there to meet us and handover the keys. Villa was exceptional and would highly recommend.
Pool fabulous. Sunset views from roof terrace stunning. Would not hesitate to return.

It's always awesome when something you have booked is way better than the pics. This villa was beautiful, fully stocked with everything you need, with sea views from the 1st floor terrace in a lovely part of Menorca, minutes from one of the best sandy coves I've been to (and I'm from Oz) complete with beach bar. We had 2 babies and the place provided cot, high chair etc - only issue was worrying about them around the pool (not fenced). Mila the owner was very welcoming, helpful & lovely. We'll be back for sure!
