Villa Vlastelini is located on a 20 000 m2 property, planned as an autonomous country estate where one can enjoy isolation and peace, admire the beauty of nature, domestic animals and at the same time consume fresh fruits and vegetables, wild plants and aromatic herbs, as well as relax practising other activities that are available on the estate.
On the Vlastelini estate there is a holiday house i.e. villa for 8 persons, barns with domestic animals, garden and orchard, open fireplace with grill, covered parking for 4 vehicles, sporting and recreational facilities such as swimming pool, golf course, tennis court, hiking trails.

Full privacy and intimacy is guaranteed by the separate entrances and separate pathways as well as by the fence that separates the two units. The possibility to quickly contact the owner represents a particular advantage and additional security.
An unusual path paved in stone leads from the car park to the house. It is peculiar for the Glagolitic letters carved in the stones as well as for the explanation of the meaning of each letter in Latin. Glagolitic alphabet was a Slavic alphabet used in the Middle Ages in Istria, till the 19.ct. We believe you are going to have fun on your arrival searching for the initials of your names in Glagolitic.
There is an interesting path paved in stone on which Glagolitic letters are carved. It leads to the very Villa Vlastelini.
For an additional fee, the pool may be heated. Please enquire prior to booking for further details. NOTE: Pool heating loses efficiency if the outside night temperature drops below 15 degree.

Interaction with guests: It is a great advantage as well as additional security that the owner's residence is located just by the estate. Of course, separate entrance, access road and fence guarantee full discretion.
Exceeded all our expectations! Beautifully appointed villa with wonderful facilities. We loved having the use of the floodlit tennis court, infinity pool and putting green. Charming hosts - Toni & family were so helpful before and during our stay. A short walk to the historic village of Labin, with a range of hostelries and 5 minutes drive to lovely beaches.

Perfect, peaceful and luxurious Villa
Our stay at Vila Vlastelini was exceptional.
On arrival we were greeted by the owners. They made us feel very welcome and provided us with lots of useful information about the surrounding area as well as the villa itself.
The property is quite large. We didn't use the second kitchen and dining area, we just stuck to the main house as we were a small
group of 4. The whole villa is superbly decorated throughout. There's absolutely nothing to fault at all. It's extremely clean and very comfortable. Everything is there to help make your holiday an enjoyable one. I was very impressed with how well the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need for in house dinning.
The pool area and gardens are kept immaculate also. It's so very quiet there, it was our own little slice of heaven for the week. We didn't venture too far from the villa to be honest. We were quite content and happy to just use the great facilities that were on offer. It's perfect for rest and complete relaxation.
The small town of Labin is only a stones throw away. You can walk into town quite easily. No more than a 15 minute walk. There's a few nice restaurants and bars there which is very handy.
We absolutely loved staying at Villa Vlastelini. Most probably one of the best Villa's we have ever stayed in. We really didn't want to go home. We would highly recommend this holiday home to anymore. You will not be disappointed and it truly is a wonderful stay. Enjoy

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem perfekten Ferienhaus
Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage mit der Großfamilie mit mehreren Teenagern in der Vila verbracht. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Bilder geben das Haus perfekt wieder. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen, während des Aufenthaltes sehr gut betreut und warmherzig wieder verabschiedet. Die Villa liegt fußläufig von dem zauberhaften Ort Labin entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen!

great accomodation to see the beautiful region of istria
We were stayed at the villa with friends and it proved to be a perfect base for exploring the beautiful region of Istria / Rabac. I flew in from Zagreb with a 2.5 hour drive on the new motorway whilst friends flew in via Pula 30mins drive away.
Labin has a lot to offer with its beautiful old town square cafes and restaurants, whilst there are may activities with the local bike hire and new town facilities including a great sports gym run by a motivating trainer Ivan. Rabac has many sea side towns and cycle routes to explore.
The villa had great facilities, was immaculate and hosts (Silvano and Doreen) very friendly, helpful and inviting which made for a very restful holiday of which we are sure to repeat.

The best villa
We stayed here for two weeks and it was perfect. The quality of the villa was first class, Silvano and Doreen were perfect hosts and the location was first class . We went with another family and had high expectations but these were surpassed.
There is a lot to do and see and the local town Labin is charming with some good restaurants. If you want a villa with excellent facilities, very clean and beautifully designed I would highly recommend Villa Vlastellini!

About the neighborhood
LABIN and RABAC
The old core of Labin developed from the early Bronze Age hillfort. It was conquered by the Romans, Gotes, Byzantines, Langobardes and Slaves. The longest period of reign was signed by the Venetian Republic. Its influence is best seen inside the town walls where numerous palaces stand. During the Austro-Hungarian Empire mining was developed in Labin and automatically a new part of the town- Podlabin. About ten kilometers from Labin, Rabac was formed on the seashore. Once it was a charming fishermen's townlet while today an attractive tourist centre. Enjoy peace and quiet in Labin; contemplate and let yourself to art, and have fun at nearby Rabac.
CROATIA
Croatia is a small country (4.5 million citizens) in the south-east of Europe. It's a land of thousand islands, wonderful nature and rich cultural heritage. While exploring Croatia you are travelling through time and experiencing the Mediterranean as it was in the past. Thus, you will get to know the antique period through the magnificient amphitheatre and other monuments of the Roman Pula, the square-forum in Zadar and the Diocletian's palace in Split. Getting around
Close to the old town core, surrounded by greenery, is the intimate location of the villa, in this place the famous Vlačić family, known as Vlastelini, a hundred years ago built a traditional Istrian stone house in a spacious estate. Explore it by foot, only 900 meters from the villa.

How to get there
BY CARIf you are coming from the West or Central Europe, you will first cross the border at Požane, in Buzet, then you will be heading through Lupoglav and Vozilici towards Labin. Once at Old Town Square in Labin, continue towards Presika. At the square turn right, then take the second street on the right and immediately after the first street on the right. After 200 m you will reach the destination. From the direction of Zagreb and Dalmatia take the highway to Rijeka, then continue along the coast to Plomin, Labin or take Rijeka detour, go through the Ucka tunnel and then continue towards Vozilici and Labin.BY PLANEIf you are coming by a regular airline, you will land at Pula airport, the biggest Istrian international airport. The airport in Pula is only 40 km from Labin so you will easily reach it by taxi, bus or it will be organized by Villa Vlastelini. The international airport in Rijeka isn't far away, as well.
