Villa with fantastic sea view. New villa, nicely decorated with big terrace. Terrace is mostly in shadow and you can enjoy all the time outside at fresh air. It is located in small village near the old city of Labin. Perfect way to rest and fill the battery. The closest airport is 45 km, Pula. Peaceful location.

Das perfekte Ferienzuhause
Dieses geräumige und lichtdurchflutete Haus bietet auch für größere Familien viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglickeiten. Hier findet jeder sein Lieblingsplätzchen. Ruhe und Erholung sind garantiert. Allein die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Schon morgens beim Aufwachen blickt man aufs Meer. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind spektakulär! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - uns hat der lässige Stil sehr gefallen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, besonders der große Kühlschrank, der Tischkicker und die Tischtennisplatte sind toll. Und natürlich der Pool. Er ist groß genug, um schwimmen zu können und wir haben das trotz kühler Temperaturen täglich genutzt. Obwohl das Haus etwas abgelegen liegt, ist man schnell in Labin und Rabac und es befinden sich viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Einige schöne Buchten lassen sich in ca. 30 min auch zu Fuß erreichen. Wir können das Haus für einen Familienurlaub uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
