Villa
Fantastic 3 bedroom villa, with private pool, in central location to Roda. Walking distance to shops, beach, bars and restaurants. Built in 2016, and finished to a high standard. TVs in all bedrooms, with WiFi throughout the property.
There are 3 double bedrooms, the downstairs bedroom has a disabled accessible en suite bathroom, whilst the 2 upstairs bedrooms are both twin rooms with en suites. There is also a further family bathroom on the ground floor.
The main living area is fully equipped with seating for 6 in the lounge and the dining area. The kitchen has all that you'd need for a long or short stay!!
Outside there is a private pool & gardens and sun loungers, with outdoor dining facilities, and BBQ!
The villa has been built to meet disabled access requirements.

Fantastic Villa resulting in a truly relaxing holiday already booked for next year!
We have been visiting Roda for many years and always look forward to our holiday but this took our holiday to a new level. We were very fortunate in being only the second visitors to the villa. The villa has been planned, built and furnished with the keenest eye for detail to ensure that you have everything you could want from your holiday home. The villa is situated close to the centre of Roda just a short flat walk to village and beach. The outside space includes private pool, 6 sun loungers, table and 6 chairs, and bbq, the villa is new and the gardens are well planted but obviously still need time to become established. If you do hire a car there is a driveway with electronic gates. Once inside the villa we were delighted with the light airy feel. The lounge/dining and kitchen and furnished to a high standard the high ceiling and high windows which are a real feature. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/grill and hob, microwave not that we really used them with the choice of places to eat nearby. There is a downstairs bedroom with ensuite and access to the outside space. There is also a downstairs bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms both with ensuite and balcony the rooms also have feature vaulted ceilings. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the comfiest beds we have ever had abroad. We really can't recommend the villa enough we are already counting the 54 weeks to our next visit!

Roda Park Villa
Had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa, excellent accommodation, excellent location, near to all the restaurants and a three minute walk to the beach, fantastic pool , cleaned daily. Would recommend this villa to anyone that wants to stay in Roda Corfu .

Hotel Review.
We stayed at the villa for a few days but sorry it could not have been longer as this villa was way beyond our expectations. Very clean and spacious,private pool and location but central to all shops beach bars and restaurants. Lovely patio with BBQ and lovely gardens and very private. We will definitely book for 2 weeks next year. The owners are very nice and kind. There are 3 bedrooms,2 upstairs and 1 downstairs which I was delighted with as I have mobility problems and the downstairs room is adapted for my needs and the hotel overall was very disability friendly.

Roda Park Villa
I have been going to Roda for many years, as I have some very dear friends there. I have stayed in a lot of Hotels and apartments there. But this April 2016 my husband and I were lucky to be the first ones, to stay in this wonderful villa. Excellent location, close to Restaurants/Bars and the beach. The Villa has everything you could wish for inside. It has been decorated to a very high standard. The outside is very spacious, ideal for barbecues. The pool is lovely and very clean. We can't wait till September to be there again. Also booked for two weeks next year. We highly recommend this wonderful villa.

WOW. What better word can be used to describe the brand spanking new Roda Park Villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in the villa in June and we recommend that your try it as soon as possible. Dream as you will of a holiday home that has absolutely everything imaginable and Roda Park villa makes it a reality. From fully equipted kitchen area to enquire bedrooms. From disability friendly facilities to its own swimming pool with surrounding gardens. From its fully fitted bathrooms to its modernly furnished lounge. Just Superb!
From the very first moment we arrived at Roda Park Villa we were impressed - very favourably impressed indeed!
The villa is a new building, and has been extremely well planned by the owners - very clean, very tastefully decorated and carefully furnished with the most comfortable sofas, beds etc. There's good Wi-Fi Internet access (and who doesn't need that these days!). We loved how light and airy the building is - the ground floor lounge area is uncrowded with furniture (though there was plenty to go round), patio door access to the gardens (adding to the sense of space and airiness), and the adjoining kitchen was a joy both to look at and work in. We'd have loved to have that kitchen at home!
The bedrooms are great, with comfortable beds and en-suite shower rooms. There's a bedroom downstairs with easy access to the gardens, and each of the upstairs rooms has its own roomy balcony - and I have to say that the views are to die for!
Outside is a really pretty, enclosed garden area with a lovely, large swimming pool, barbecue equipment, sun-loungers etc, and at the front of the villa there is more than enough room for a couple of cars - there's even a remote controlled security gate to close the parking area off from the approach road! Not that we needed a car anyway - the villa really is only a few minutes walk from the beach, and from the village shops and some of Roda's really superb restaurants.
The owners (who run the nearby Roda Park Restaurant) are really lovely. They were friendly, helpful and approachable - available and attentive if needed, but, importantly, not at all intrusive.
All in all? We loved this place, and wish we could have stayed longer. I have no doubt at all that we will be back!

Lovely holidays
Roda Park Villa is located at a quite place, with its own private pool and a lovely garden. Inside is even better! It has lovely furniture, tastefull and modern, Spacious bedrooms, lovely and clean bathrooms. The owners were very friendly and their hospitality was sensational! We had a great time and looking forward to coming next year.!

Best accommodation ever
We rented this villa in May this year. It was immaculately clean & furnished to a very high standard, the beds were the most comfortable I have slept in anywhere I have stayed. We were so impressed we booked for 2 weeks in June 2017.

Excellent ....home from home
No words can do this place justice . Stayed in Roda many times but this was the first time at the villa which we could not fault in any way as it is close to village and 5 mins from the beach it is equipped with everything you need to cook for youe family...not that i cooked but it was there if it was needed a coffee machine which was used and dishwasher and a big thing when traveling with kids a washing machine.
The villa was cleaned every day and if there was anything you needed Voula went out her way to provided.
Highly recommend this villa and would use again

Worth every penny
First things first - the photographs do not show you how big this villa is!
I have been coming to Roda for over 20 years and have stayed in 10 different apartments within the resort - this is by far the best!
The first thing that really stands out about this villa is the size and space you have - the second, is everything has been thoroughly thought through in terms of what you would need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could think of to enjoy cooking and entertaining (if you have friends in the same resort you could happily invite them round) the coffee machine and blender were a nice touch and the little welcome basket was fantastic!
The bedrooms have more wardrobe space then you can use, we had 4 girls in our group and a lot of outfits and shoes to store....we didn't struggle!
The bathrooms all have powerful showers, with plenty of hot water for all and hairdryers are provided at every dressing table in the bedrooms. The Bath is deep and so rare to find in the resort - perfect for relaxing after a "hard day" of sunbathing or exploring the island.
The lounge area was cosy and the pool side loungers are so comfortable you wont want to leave them.
This villa is a little more expensive but I would advise anyone considering other alternatives to consider what is important. At the Roda Park Villa you can enjoy your stay in a quiet location but still be only 5 minutes away from everything that Roda has to offer....If travelling to the resort with friends then it actually works out more cost effective then having 2/3 small apartments/ studios. You save on paying out on expensive poolside drinks and snacks (the supermarkets packed with everything you need) you avoid daily sunbed charges that you pay at the beach and you don't have to worry about compromising on baggage by packing items such as irons or hairdryers - with the washing machine you can even avoid the dreaded post holiday washing marathon and do it the day before you leave!
It would easily work for 3 couples or 4 adults with 3 children without feeling cramped at all.
An absolute Gem in a fab location - if you are planning your next trip then I highly recommend the Roda Park Villa be your next holiday home!
