We rented the villa for a week in March 2017. I can't say enough about the location - 300 feet from the beautiful beach with bars and water sports to a short walk within the complex to every type of cuisine you can imagine. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed for meals with dining either inside or out. There are many market options within and outside the complex for your meal needs. We rented a car (recommended) and did lots of sight seeing. The Butterfly Farm (within a couple of miles of the villa) is a must. My family had a wonderful time at this villa and I would highly recommend it.

Je serai bref, j'ai hâte d'y retourner. La maison est top, relaxante, propre, à deux pas de la mer et des restaurants de l'Orient Bay. Evidemment il reste la piscine pour les plus paresseux :) On a meme les petites serviettes et savons à notre arrivée ! (Il est indispensable de louer une voiture pour se balader sur l'île.) Dès que je peux, j'y retourne !

We spent 5 days of our 15 days stay in St. Martin in this villa and we just loved it. I booked this property based on the 2 good reviews also for the affordable price and I was really happy, good choice! We were a group of 5 adults, 2 couples and a single lady and was a perfect arrangement for us, very confortable, everyone was happy, enough space. I have to mention, first of all , the perfect location in a gated comunity, you walk just two minutes to Coco beach , the best beach of Orient Bay. The villa is spotless clean, very well kept, nice bedrooms , fine sheets and a lot of towels, a terasse and even a little pool. We enjoyed some barbecues outside, the kitchen is well equipped. Nous étions avec mon fils et safemme et leur 2 enfants de 12 et 14 ans. La situation leur permet d'aller a la plage. De bouger librement . Nous prenons une grande partie de nos repas à la maison. Les 2 grande Chambres sont spacieuses ains que les salle de bain avec la terrasse à l'étage. Nous apprécions l'ensemble de ces couleurs neutres dans les beiges , rehaussées de couleur par les tableaux; en résume la maison à un cachet et la décoration est de bon goût, ce qui est important pour nous.

Five of us stayed here for a week, two couples and a single. The villa location is very convenient, about two minutes walk to Orient Beach, behind Coco Beach. The villa is private, with a private pool. Two en suite bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, and a bedroom downstairs with a full bed and sink and shower; toilet separate. Wifi was slow but less unreliable and fussy than other SXM villas we have rented. French TV . I will never understand why Europeans don't have screens in their windows and doors -- this villa had three small windows with screens, but not the doors. Everything was clean and comfortable, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Location is ideal.
