Dino's Apartments 1 and 2 are located in the middle of 'Brodarica',
a quiet residential area, opposite the island of 'Krapanj',
8 kilometers from the center of 'Sibenik'.
Set in a pine tree surrounded, garden area, they are 35 meters from a gravel beach, where pine trees also provide the shade.
There are assorted 'local cuisine' restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bakeries within walking distance, the closest restaurant only 100 meters away.
The apartments are fully equipped with all the necessities
for a comfortable stay during your holiday,
from microwave, oven, cook-top, refrigerator and freezer to
LED television with local and satellite reception, DVD player
and WiFi internet connection.

Ich habe mit meinem Mann und unseren 3 Kindern einen erholsamen Urlaub erleben dürfen und dazu haben zu aller erst unsere Vermieter,Zlatko und seine Frau beigetragen.Vielen, vielen Dank an dieser Stelle.Sie haben uns eine für uns perfekte Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung gestellt in der es an nichts fehlte.Sie war nicht sonderlich groß und dennoch für uns völlig ausreichend.Vorallem aber war sie gründlichst sauber,gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.Ein TV für evtl.verregnete Tage mit deutschen Sendern gab es auch und für die mitgebrachten DvD's auch einen Recorder.Es fehlte also an nichts.Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.Auch für unsere Kinder(7,4 und 2J.)gab es auf dem Grundstück einen Sandkasten,Basketballkorb,Bälle und selbst ein Dreirad für unsere Jüngste fehlte nicht.Wenn auch alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen,unsere Kindern störte das kein bisschen.Für noch ausgelasseneres Spielen findet man dierekt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur FW (keine 10min Fussweg direkt an der Adria)einen ziemlich neu errichteten,sehr schönen und sogar eingezäunten Spielplatz(mussten mit unseren"kl.Gurken"fast tägl.dort vorbeischauen!)Ein Parkplatz wurde uns auch auf dem Grundstück zu Verfügung gestellt.Wir hatten eine überdachte,bestuhlte Terrasse von der aus man über einen schmalen Weg(gehört auch zum Grundstück)direkten Zugang zur Adria in ca.50m hatte.Außerdem erreicht man in nicht mal 3min den"Konsum"in ca.100m Entfernung.Praktisch also um morgens frisches Weißbrot etc.für ein leckeres Frühstück zu holen.Baden ist sicher unmittelbar vorm Grundstück möglich,einen schöneren Strand erreicht man in ca.15min Fußweg.Ein kleiner Geheimtip ist unser Lieblingsrestaurant"Delphin"ganz in der Nähe zur FW und zum beschriebenen Spielplatz gelegen.Man kann dort lecker gegrillten Kalamaris etc.genießen.Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub.Danke an unsere zu jeder Zeit freundl.Vermieter!

Very nice apartments in brodarica close to the sea
Fully equipped apartments with living room, bed room, kitchen and bath room. There is also a beautiful garden with table, chairs, deck chairs and a shower to wash of the salty seawater after a swim in the very close deep blue sea. In the evening, take a seat in the garden and watch the bats hunting for mosquitos after sunset. The house is located close to the sea but not directly at the coastal promenade, wich is nice, because it gives you some privacy. Within a few steps you reach the beach, bars, restaurants and a grocery store. The owners are very friendly and helpful hosts!
