The house is near Ermioni(Peloponesse) a small village in front of the islands of Spetses and Hydra,and it is 2 and 1/2 hour drive from Athens.From Ermioni you can visit Spetses and Hydra or the cosmopolitan town of Porto Heli which is 20 minutes driving distance from the house.Nafplion(90 minutes driving distance) and Epidavros(ancient theater) are near destinations with a lot interesting sightseeing.
The nearest airport is in Athens(2 1/2 hour driving distance).You can either rent a car from the airport and drive to the house or you can take a taxi from the airport to Pireaus(port of Athens) in order to take the High Speed Dolphin boat to Ermioni.In Ermioni you can arrange to rent a car so that you can go the house.

Amazing house with splendid view
Great hospitality family friendly beautiful pool amazing people.From villa you can visit spetses,porto heli,ydra and nafplion.

About the neighborhood
The houses around the villa are very few and in a long distance. There is a road that lead to the three pebbly( very small pebbles ) beaches which is in 5 minutes walking distance from the house.But I think that you will also love the sand beach which is in 3 minutes driving distance.
