The property comprises of three large double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, family shower room, very spacious living / dining room with an assisted log burner and patio doors out to the tiled pool area, and a large open plan fully fitted kitchen. On the exterior there is a swimming pool, large tiled sun terrace and a detached garage. The property comes furnished. Situated only a 5 minute drive from Albox which offers all necessary amenities.
Views over the area are fabulous. There are houses around but the property is very private.

Beautiful Villa with fantastic pool
This villa was amazing we had a great holiday just lazing around the pool.
The owners were friendly and helpful and I can recommend the villa 100%.
Looking forward to returning in the summer to take advantage of the pool and explore some more of the area which this time around we didnt have time to do.

Albox is a lively market town, and just 30 minutes to the sandy beaches of Vera and 40 minutes to the cosmopolitan beach town of Mojacar and the fishing town of Garrucha.
There are many bars for tapas in the town centre and a wide variety of shops.
