The outsides space are developed around the pergola , the heated saltwater pool 10 x4,7 mt, 180cm deep, the big wood deck with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, and the barbecue area with wood oven, to spend moments with family and friends and have a dinner outside. Moving inside, Villa *** is well furnished with all the comforts, on the first floor a big open space host the living room with sofas, a TV the fireplace, the dining area with table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen. A second lounge rooms includes a cinema with 4k projector screen, guest will appreciate also a pool table. All the 5 bedrooms very spacious and brights, has two single beds, excellent quality of linen, air conditioning, dressing room and en suite bathroom. Some provides also a TV, safe and an office area with desk and chair. The Villa is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, to ensure a relaxing and comfortable holidays in any season.
