There's a ping-pong table, a basketball basket, a trampoline and a sauna for relaxing after practicing sports. The whole plot of 3400 m2 is completely fenced, and although there are some neighbors in the surroundings, you can enjoy your privacy.
The whole house is distributed on one floor. From the magnificent porch you access directly to the interior of the house that unites in the same space living room and kitchen. The current rustic style continues in the interior, in a space with wooden beams and stone walls. This area has satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. It has a dining table for six people that is located next to the kitchen area, which has ceramic hob and is equipped with everything you need for preparing excellent meals for your loved ones. It also has a table with four chairs to have breakfast comfortably. You will sleep in three bedrooms, all on the same level. Two have a double bed and the third has a single bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and all with wardrobes or dressing room. You will find two bathrooms with shower to serve the whole house. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For the youngest ones we can provide a baby cot and a children highchair on request.
Montuiri is a small town in the center of Mallorca that is close to all points of the island. You can find medieval vestiges and great landscapes where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. In the village which is 2 kms away you can find the basic services as well as some shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is sa Rápita at 30 kms.

This Villa is truly amazing. MY wife and my 2 daughters just spend a week here for our summer vacation, and had a total blast!!!
It is lovely and peaceful so no-one disturbs you, and you dont disturb other people, but only a 5mins drive from the local town and a couple of fantastic restaurants.
A huge pool, 3 great bedrooms, airconditioning throughout, a great external facing bathroom/shower for use when you are in the pool, BBQ and loads of seating outside for meals and relaxing..
And all topped off with a super friendly owner.

Relaxing holiday in beautiful Majorcan countryside
This house is just beautiful. My husband, my 3 kids and myself have just returned from a two week stay here. The house has everything and more to keep you entertained and is perfect for those looking for a tranquil getaway.
The pool was superb and a really good size and the kids loved the table tennis and basketball. It was a bit hot however for tennis! The girls particularly enjoyed feeding the chickens and chicks and we even saw a batch of eggs hatch while we were there!
The house has everything in it you could need from WiFi to aircon and a large flatscreen tv. Even had a nespresso machine. Beds were very comfortable too.
I liked the welcome pack on arrival as our flight didn’t get us there until 2.30am so breakfast was sorted!
A car is a must as you are quite remote but can get to lots of places within 20-30 minutes.
The owners were very nice and the property manager Patrick was most helpful with recommendations of where to go and what to see and where to eat. (A visitor book in the house listing these would be beneficial and visitors could add to it as they desired!)
So just to start it off, here’s our recommendations!
Had a lovely meal in Sineu (10mins) at Sa Fabrica. There’s a great market there too with some livestock and pony rides and lots of fresh produce, leather goods and food on a Wednesday morning .
Went to the beach at Es Trenc (30mins)and although it was incredibly beautiful it was incredibly busy. You need to pay for parking too.
Tried to go to the beach at Sa Rapita (30mins) but was so crazy busy we were having to park over a mile away and walk with all our stuff!
Spent a day at the small beach at portals Nous (39 mins) which was pretty and not overly crowded and had a good look at all the very large and expensive yachts!
Drove north to Pollença (45mins) for breakfast at a cafe in the square as it’s our favourite town and hired battery operated remote control cars for the kids to sit in and drive around the streets for 15 minutes -very amusing for the kids- and hit the beach after in Puerto Pollença. Had dinner at a lovely pizzeria on the pine walk.
Had good tapas in the square in Llucmajor (15mins) A very pretty Spanish square in the centre but could really only be fully appreciated in the evening when it comes to life.
Went to Palma twice (25 mins) for some shopping, sightseeing and meals out.
Also went to El Arenal (25mins) and discovered it’s beautiful long white flat beach that spreads over nearly 6km! Busy but so big it didn’t matter. A lovely long beachfront promenade there and we even hired some electric mopeds for an hour!
All in all we had a very relaxing time away in a beautiful villa! Thank you again to our hosts!
