• This beautiful space has a bedroom located above the garage and a kitchen, dining area and private deck behind the garage. It can sleep up to 3 people – 1 king sized bed and fully sprung single trundle bed provided.
• Fully equipped kitchen with all necessities including oven, stove top, kettle, microwave, plates and cutlery, tea and coffee supplies, eggs, bacon and other treats.

What a stunning property! Quiet, secluded and tranquil but still so close to all of the coastal action. Couldn't have asked for a better spot for a weekend getaway. Close enough to Melbourne for a 1 night stay but if I were you I would book as many days a possible and you won't regret it.
Deb & David were great hosts who were available if needed but were more than happy to leave us to our own devices. The hot tub was a real highlight but the standard of the entire property, the communication and experience was superb.
Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Absolutely perfect in every way!
Sneaking away for the long weekend to the coast and this little BnB was the perfect escape.
Within easy driving distance from the Mt Eliza, Frankston and Mornington restaurants we popped down the street for dinner - but with the full kitchen (well stocked with back up essentials) we could have easily stayed home and cooked up a feast.
The hot tub on the back porch had amazing and relaxing views of the beautiful yard, and they had even thought to provide nice plastic glassware so we could have a drink of wine without worrying about breaking glass or anything. Delightful.
The bacon and (freshly laid from their chicken) eggs were a lovely and unexpected touch and we thoroughly enjoyed the omlete we made ourselves in the morning and a relaxed check.
Highly recommend this BnB. We had a fantastic time and felt very welcome.
