In de maling genomen door de eigenaar. We zouden ons geld terug krijgen o dat er maar 30 liter warm water was. Per douche van een minuut, heb je 6 liter nodig. Op eigen initiatief heeft hij de boiler vervangen naar capaciteit van 50 liter tijdens ons verblijf in het appartement. Dit is goed voor nog geen eens 10 min douchen. Toen we aangaven dat het water nog ijskoud werd terwijl de Kids onder de douche zaten (1 en 2 jarige) werd ons verteld dat hij ergens de kosten van de boiler moest verhalen dus dan maar op ons. Ondanks dat hij aangaf eerst even aan te kijken met de nieuwe boiler en als dat niet voldoende was dan konden we resterende bedrag terugkrijgen. We wilden zelfs nog betalen voor de dagen die al voorbij waren. Booking.com heeft ook niks voor ons gedaan. Volgens hun staan ze los van de beslissing van de verhuurder/eigenaar.

This coment is absolut false. This people are not recomendable. Please check in BOOKING.COM all my apartments comments. They are all very good.
These guests just want to harm the image of my apartment. The apartment has not got a hot water thermo problem. The thing is that this people wanted to cheat and leave the apartment for free.
These people left the apartment in very bad conditions, dirty, with paint in the walls, garbage, the cleaning lady told me that it looked like a war!!! Everything a mess. They are not recomendable.
They invented the excuse of the hot water. I was stupid because of my good faith I contact a plumber in 4 hours and changed for them from a 30 litres one to a 50 litres one... I hurried to please them . They wanted something impossible....to open the tap 24 hours hot water like a 5 star hotel.
I explained them that this was not possible because the normal houses in the area have a 30l boiler and if he wanted 24hours hot water he had been better to go to a hotel (much more expensive).
In my own house where I live I have am electrical thermo of 30 litres and it is enough.
In the CHECK IN, the first day of arrival something surprised me ... the husband of the lady asked me where to buy whisky and places for disco. I told him that Sardina was a relax area and there where no discos. I believe this people just wanted other sort of activities/night activities that what I do not offer in my area, that is , relaxing place.
Please Check all my BOOKING.COM coments and you can see how high my apartment is rated. It is a shame I wasting my time writing in here because of people that want to have vacactions for free and pretend to change the conditions signed making invented excuses. Thanks for reading this.
