This house comprises two floors. The main floor offers a stunning living room -with fireplace and satellite TV- open to the dining area and the kitchen -equipped with a gas stovetop. In addition, each corner offers wide luminous glaze doors with direct access to the garden. You will also find an independent laundry with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The house has three bedrooms where you will rest at night, all of them with access to outdoors. Two of them still are on the ground floor, one with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with independent shower and tub, and the other has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both of them have a closet. A toilet completes this level of the house. The last bedroom is upstairs and it offers a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet. We can provide a baby cot and a high chair if you need them. Finally, the whole accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning, oil central heating and underfloor heating.
The property is located within a rural environment belonging to the municipality of Campos although the nearest town is Ses Salines, a beautiful coastal village perfect for those who love the beach. In fact, not any beaches, but the paradisaical dream-like ones. The nearest one is the protected and beautiful beach of es Trench, with crystalline waters, white and fine sand and a great dune system in a process of regeneration, a true wonder!. You will find the basic services in Ses Salines, like bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and you will have to drive to Campos for more.
There is an annexed building that will remain closed for all guests.
