Excellent place to stay with a big group
Our group of 10 family members stayed at Cal Padri for 4 nights before we boarded a cruise ship. This home was perfect for our stay. It worked well for 3 couples and 4 singles. Maria-Dolors was wonderful at getting us familiar with both the house and the area of Premia de Mar. The house was clean and very well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. The location, while not in Barcelona, was just a short train ride away and the house is located within a short (10 minutes) walk to the train station. While we were renting during the winter month's I would imagine this rental to be ideal during the summer months with the beach so close. We were there over the new year's holiday, so many of the local businesses were closed, but it seemed that there were plenty of eating and shopping venues to choose from during non-holiday season. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Casa fantástica
Nos juntamos un grupo de amigas y lo pasamos genial en esta casa preciosa con detalles modernistas y todas las comodidades actuales. Cenamos y desayunamos juntas en un ambiente distinguido y relajado. Disfrutamos de un pueblo marinero tranquilo y con encanto.
Está a cinco minutos del tren y la playa.
Los propietarios, M. Dolors y su marido, muy simpáticos y amables!

Excellent accommodation
Cal Padri 1871 is a lovely house which reflects the time it was built in 1871 with a modern upgrade. It is comfortable, spacious,clean, well equipped and has excellent wifi. Nearby is the village square where you can eat delicious catalan food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are a couple of supermarkets and bakeries within a short distance from the house. There is a frequent train service into Barcelona from the station 5 mins walk from the house. The owner Maria-Dolors is very welcoming, helpful and speaks English. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Cal Padri as an excellent holiday property.

Casa con encanto
Buena casa con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia fenomenal.
Muy centrica (pero no ruidosa) tanto para estar en el propio pueblo como si quieres desplazarte a Barcelona por tener la estacion de tren muy cerca
Tiene una decoracion clasica pero con mucho encanto y los baños son nuevos

Large, nice house in a beautiful town, very close to the sea and to the railway to reach Barcelona. I would like to definitely recommend.

Tolles Haus in der Nähe von Barcelona
Sehr schönes großes Haus, 400m vom Strand. Moderne Bäder, schön eingerichtet. Hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Mit dem Zug ist man in 20min im Stadtzentrum von Barcelona.
Für uns war es die ideale Kombination von Strand- und Stadturlaub!
