Casa Blanca is a modern 3 bed roomed villa with private heated pool situated on the exclusive residential area of Monte Solana near Denia , Northern Costa Blanca, Spain. Set upon on a hillside it has magnificent views of the Denia coast line and valley. There is easy access to a wide range of beaches, restaurants and entertainments whilst being situated in a residential location. Denia is about 15 minutes away, Javea 20 minutes . Approx 1hr drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports.<BR><BR>The villa has a large private that is heated between June and September at no extra charge. Heating outside these months available at extra cost.<BR>

The villa is on an urbanisation so many of the properties around it are occupied by residents. Please endeavour to keep noise to a minimum during the siesta period 2pm to 4pm. This is also a good time to keep out of the sun whilst it is at its hottest.

Trying a new villa
We'd been vacationing in Pedreguer for nearly 5 years at this point at least twice a year too.
Our usual villa was fully booked, so we panicked as it was a home-from-home type villa and we began to feel a bit out of our comfort zone having to start over and find somewhere with similar qualities and standards.
Well we struck gold when we stumbled across Phil's villa via Holiday Lettings!....it was only located on the road above our usual villa so we knew that we'd have sun available all day with amazing views plus already knew the area ie. supermarkets, bars, markets etc.
The villa was immaculate, with modern comfortable furniture, SMART TV, english channels, WiFi, shaded carport parking, heated swimming pool, fully air-conditioned, dishwasher and washing machine; not to mention the lovely brick BBQ near the orange and lemon trees (pick your own).
Phil is very prompt with his email responses, directions were spot on, the villa information packs were very handy and up to date, easy hassle-free entry with a key box, a courtesy call from the property manager the very next day to welcome us and check we were ok and if we needed anything (the iron was broken and a brand new replacement arrived the very same day), a library of books to read and a library of DVD's to watch.
It was at the top end of our budget but we were so glad we took a chance - booked to return during the winter to test out the real fire and heated swimming pool for the Three Kings Fiesta.

Villa acogedora para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas
Casa acogedora con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños. Está bien equipada. Aire acondicionado, barbacoa y piscina climatizada privada. Parking para un vehículo pero se puede dejar otro frente a la casa. Cocina con todo el menaje necesario. Las camas de las habitaciones dobles algo pequeñas, pero para pasar unos días cumplen la función. La villa se encuentra a 20 minutos de Denia y a 30min de las mejores calas de la zona. El propietario es muy majo y servicial, te da toda la información necesaria antes de llegar a la casa y una vez allí también tiene más información. Contesta a los emails rápidamente. Sin duda un buen lugar para pasar unas relajadas vacaciones. Bonitas vistas.
