A relaxing vacation awaits in this newly remodeled two bedroom townhouse. The property is located in a typical Umbrian town, Umbertide, Italy. Quiet and quaint, you are steps away from the town piazza, as well as a wonderful cup of cappuccino, a gelato, pizza, and pasta. Centrally located by a major highway, a visitor in Umbertide is 30 minutes to an hour's drive from many famous Tuscan and Umbrian towns, like Sienna, Perugia, and Assisi.

We were celebrating completing our degrees--and could not have found a better spot! Newly updated, there was a brand new refrigerator and stove; new bathroom with shower - all great! The 2 bedrooms are on the top/third floor, so we did have to climb 2 flights of stairs, but I think that helped offset the great food we had! From the windows, you can see the town and the river runs along side the building. We enjoyed walking on the public walking trail/track--and talked with fishermen on the cool mornings! Wonderful restaurants, shops, and groceries are all within a 3-5 minute walk. Everything was new and fresh! I hope to return! (We did have a problem, but the apartment manager took care of everything! Great job!)
