Excellent stay in great apartment
Booking was easy and responses from the owner were quick and friendly. The location is great, midway between the village and the beaches, with plenty of facilities nearby - minimarket, shops, bars, cafe - and easy on-road parking. the apartment is spacious, well kitted-out, and has a great balcony and a roof terrace. The pool area is great, although it is unheated. If we come back to this area, we'd stay again.

Great apartment
Lovely presented apartment with good pool, all really clean and well kept and full size roof terrace.
Larger than most and easily accommodates four people. Two local safe beaches and lots of good restaurants.

Excellent apartment, very clean, great location.
The apartment is ideal for a family holiday with easy access to the pool area. Beach
restaurants and shops are a short walk away with the surfing beach easily within walking distance. The apartment is kept very clean and is in a quiet location- highly recommended.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY IN EXCELLENT LOCATION
We loved the space inside and out with a large balcony and even larger roof terrace.
All beautifully maintained.Supermarket 100 yards away.El Cotillo is a sleepy wee village but 2 lovely small harbour areas with plenty restaurants and a few bars(not
too many).Great place for those wanting a quiet relaxing holiday but there is a bit of
nightlife if you want that too

Great!
Brilliant apartment. Very happy. Would book again no question. Pool was great. A short stroll to supermarket and beautiful lagoon beaches. Still waters despite the massive surf. Watching the waves from the calm of the lagoons was amazing. Snorkelling was great fun as well. Used Cotilla beach and Esquinzo for surf which are both very close. Lots of options to eat within 5 minutes walk. We ate pretty much at a different place every night of the week we were there. All good nights out as well and great hospitality.

Great apartment in Fuerteventura
Lovely, clean apartment with great outdoor space and near beach, shops and restaurants. Owner was very helpful. Upstairs and more stairs to roof terrace so you need to be able to manage these. Being very picky, my only gripes were very stiff lock on bathroom door, only 2 pads for 4 sunloungers and unpleasant smell from plumbing vents on roof terrace. I think 2 of these could easily be sorted!

Hi, thanks for taking the time to review our apartment and pointing out our areas for improvement. The lock on the bathroom door issue has now been resolved and we are now fully stocked on sunlounger pads. The smell on the roof was no longer present when I checked following your comments so perhaps it was a change in weather conditions that had caused the problem. Thanks again for highlighting these issues for us.

Great Base
We stayed at this apartment for 4 weeks in December. The apartment was very nice, looked new, clean and fresh. It has two decent sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen/lounge (I even managed to cook Christmas dinner)
Doug organised both ours and my daughter's transfer from the airport.
Throughout the months leading up to our holiday Doug kept in touch and answered any questions we might have. The whole transaction was very easy.
El cotillo is a very Spanish quiet village beautiful beaches, great surfing.
There is a good selection of bars and restaurants, surf schools, boutique shops and amazing sunsets.
Ocean Deli is amazing for breakfast or lunches.
If you are staying any length of time I recommend you hire a car to explore the rest of the island as the buses are very regular just restricted to certain areas.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to any friends and when we have finished exploring other countries we will be back. 😁

Fabulous, peaceful and convenient!
Fabulous…. Couldn’t find a fault!
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment, the views were spectacular of the mountains and completely breathtaking! Being able to wake up in the morning, have a cup of tea and put your feet up on the sofa with such a wonderful view was an absolute pleasure (not to mention a morning dip in the pool). The apartment itself was spotless and we couldn’t fault it if we tried. All the facilities, utensils and finishing touches in the apartment made it such an easy stay and we will definitely be returning as we had everything we could have asked for!
The location of the apartment is wonderful as everything is on your doorstep! Within a 5 minute walk we had everything we needed including a supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops, the beach and it was lovely to walk around the area and explore the nearby harbours and lagoons.
Next time we return we will definitely be visiting Marisma’s restaurant where we had a lovely dinner on the waterfront in the old harbour, and are also hoping to make use of the rooftop terrace which we unfortunately didn’t have time for this stay, which would be the perfect spot to enjoy a few glasses of bubbly and watch the sunset over the water.
We can’t wait to return again this year!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent apartment in a lovely location
We really enjoyed our stay in this new fully equipped apartment, with the bonus of full wifi without paying extra for it.
The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, a diner/lounge, a massive sunny balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool and a roof area that can also be used for sunbathing. The shower in the apartment was also decent. There are excellent views over the countryside from the front picture window.
Doug the owner is very helpful, accommodating and easy to deal with.
El Cotillo is a quietish resort but has some decent restaurants and some lovely beaches of which several are only yards away. We've been to Cotillo many times but needed new accommodation this time. We'll certainly be coming back to this apartment.
