A dream place to be.
The location is fabulous it is a few steps from the golden sands of El Cotillo beach and the beautiful clear water of the ocean. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. The apartment is beautiful modern and as everything you will need for a wonderful relaxing holiday. I will be booking again.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY!!!!
This apartment and location were absolutely perfect for our family of 4!!!!!! Beach is just steps from door!!! Weather was a different story, but when it was nice, it was heaven. Apartment has all the amenities you need and is well within walking distance of coffee shop (Ocean deli), supermarket (HiperDino) and shops and restaurants of El Cotillo!!! Irene was fabulous at accommodating up and would recommend to all who would like to stay. Thanks again!!!

Fantastic location for a relaxing break
We have just returned from a lovely week staying at this apartment. What a brilliant location, a few minutes walk and you are on the most beautiful beach. Very quite location but perfect for what we were looking for. About a fifteen minute walk into the centre of El Cotillo where there are some wonderful restaurants overlooking the sea, beautiful sunsets while you eat. Can highly recommend.

a nice little apartment near the beach
We liked this quiet apartment very near the sea. The apartment is at 30 seconds walking from a beautiful quiet beach (white sand). The apartment has a washing machine. The terrace in front of the apartment is in the shadow. there is no wifi.

Le logement impeccable! Nous n' avions que quelque mètre pour être sur la plage,une plage très propres de sable blanc, j'ai adoré mon séjour, seul bémol pas de wifi et machine à laver obsolète! mais nous avons quand même trouvé où nous connecter juste pour communiquer le soir avec nos enfants et leur faire admirer le coucher du soleil. Je repars l'année prochaine c'est sur! De plus le logement est très agréable merci Mara et Irène en espérant ravoir ce logement.en attendant je me perfectionné en espagnol.

Confortable house in a beautiful location!
The house it's really fine and equipped with everything you need. the position is simply perfect, directly at the beach, (in my opinion is one of the most beautiful of the island), and close to the supermarkets and shops of El cotillo. I was there with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed it, i recommend this place if you want to spend your holidays in Fuerteventura!

Un hospedaje correcto para un sitio inolvidable!!
Primero cabe destacar que soy un viajero frecuente a Fuerteventura y en anteriores ocasiones me he hospedado en varios apartamentos y puedo comparar según mi experiencia.. de aquí puedo confirmar que desde el principio la comunicación con Irene la encargada del alquiler ha sido muy fluida y rápida, luego me sentí seguro al hacer todos los pagos y reservas a través de Tripavisor, ademas de contactar con Mara la mujer que se encarga de entregar las llaves y siempre hubo comunicación y puntualidad, aquí llevan un 5/5 de puntuación. El precio es aceptable dada la ubicación 4/5. Luego el apartamento es humilde en cuanto a la decoración y la calidad de mobiliario, sin embargo esta bastante completo en cuanto a menajes, microondas , etc.. aqui 3/5. Luego el entorno, la ubicación con respecto a las playas es de 5/5. La tranquilidad por las noches y los vecinos es de 5/5. Yo vuelvo seguro a este hospedaje, sin duda alguna!!!!

Un lugar para volver
El apartamento esta muy bien, reformado y limpio. El lugar es increíble para relajarse con niños. Los dueños muy amables íbamos con un bebe pequeño y nos consiguieron una cuna. Había de todo para hacer la comida. Volveremos

How to get there
By Car
From the airport, take the exit for the FV-2 north (follow the signs for Puerto del Rosario).
Drive past the Playa Blanca exit, and take the next exit for the circunvalacion FV-3 (this road bypasses Puerto del Rosario). Continue on the FV-3 then take the turn off for the FV-10 signposted for La Oliva and Puerto del Rosario.
The FV-10 will take you past the villages of Tetir, La Matilla and Tindaya. About 5km after you pass Tindaya, and just before you reach La Oliva, take the left-hand turn, signposted FV-10 Lajares and El Cotillo.
Follow this road, past Lajares and through El Roque, until you reach El Cotillo. Watch your speed as you enter the area, as the limit drops down to 50kph.
NB: Many of the smaller back streets in El Cotillo are one way.
By Bus
There is no direct bus from the Airport to El Cotillo, so you will need to catch bus number 3 (timetable) from the airport to Puerto del Rosario bus station and then the number 7 route (timetable) from Puerto del Rosario to El Cotillo. Do bear in mind that the number 7 bus runs, at most, 4 times a day and even less on weekends and public holidays.
The bus from Puerto del Rosario to El Cotillo costs €4.35.
By Taxi
There are plenty of taxis available at the airport. It costs around €50 for a taxi from the airport to El Cotillo, and should take around 45 minutes.
By Airport Transfer
Given there is no direct bus and that the main bus runs at most 4 times a day, a pre-booked Airport Transfer is probably the best option, especially if you are travelling alone or don’t want to spend holiday money on taxis. A pre-booked transfer offers the convenience of being dropped off directly at your Hotel for a fraction of the cost of a taxi (less than €12 per person). Larger groups can also book mini-vans or private buses, for a much better price than using several taxis. Click here for more information or to book.
