Wir sind absolut von Alfredo und der Ferienwohnung begeistert. Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang mit einigen Hinweisen zu den Geräten (z.B. Waschmaschine) im Haus, fanden wir im Kühlschrank einen üppig gefüllten Obstkorb, sowie gekühlte Getränke. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, neben einer voll ausgestatteten Küche findet man im Keller jeden Menge Strandequipment (kleine Surfbretter, Schnorchelausrüstung, Strandspielzeug, Schirmen, Sonnenliege, Kühltaschen u.v.m.). Mit einer kleinen Sitzgruppe läd die Terassse abends zum verweilen ein. Da wir die Unterkunft für 10 Nächte gemietet hatten, wurde an Tag fünf die komplette Wohnung geputzt, sowie die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Durch die perfekte Lage ist nicht nur der Strand, sondern auch einige Restaurants, ein Bäcker sowie ein Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar. Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub auf Fuerteventura sehr zufrieden und können die Ferienwohnung von Alfredo auf jeden Fall weiterempfelhen.

A spotless, very well appointed house in a gorgeous town. Loads of extras supplied by Alfredo - hairdryer, straighteners, beach toys, umbrella and beach tent to name a few! Little extra touches like the welcome drinks in the fridge when we arrived and the table tennis table in the basement were a big hit. Loads to do in the area with our highlights being the Water park in Corralejo, the Segway tour and the beach buggy safari. Would highly recommend it.

This property is attractively decorated, spotless, very inviting and comfortable. Alfredo kindly oriented us to the amenities of both the condo and the community. We have appreciated the thoughtfulness of having been provided with items such as soap products, dish towels and beach towels. The kitchen was equipped with every item we could have needed as well as some complimentary tea and spices. The TV seemed to have a wealth of channel reception. It is a short walk to a lovely beach area. However, we chose this property as a base to explore the island by car. It served us perfectly. We could always park in front. El Cotillo is small so it was great to be able to walk to a variety of restaurants. We have discovered that this is our favorite spot on the island and we highly recommend this property.

What a lovely, laid back place is El Cotillo. Relaxing is compulsory with fantastic beaches and plenty of bars and restaurants. The house is very chic with with everything you need. Alfredo had clearly thought a great deal about his guests comfort and about what they would want to make a perfect holiday. Plenty of extras to take to the beach..... Including beach towels..... excellent addition when you remember the baggage allowance on the flights. Good communication, advice and recommendation of where to go and where to eat. Excellent accommodation, beach lovely, good restaurants, Villa was very comfortable, lacked nothing. Attention to details from the owner, Alfredo was really good. Thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would return. Thanks Alfredo.

Perfect location 5 mins walk from lagoon beach. House has all amenities you could need and was very clean. Alfredo was very welcoming and helpful. We'd go again.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich wie in der Beschreibung angegeben sehr nah am Meer. EL Cotillo ist ein sehr schöner Ort, mit einem super schönen Strand. Das Ferienhaus, war sehr sauber und mit allem bedenklichen was man braucht eingerichtet. Die Vermieter, waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Liebe Grüße an Alfredo und seine Familie, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Well worth a visit if all you want to do is relax and enjoy the wonderful beaches,and sample fresh fish. Great for families as the sea is very safe and plenty of good sand castle sand. The only down side in the summer is the wind,becareful you will get burnt as it keeps the tempurature slightly cooler.

We have just had a wonderful stay in this 3 bedroom apartment. It is ideally located 2 minutes from a beautiful beach, 100 yards from a large supermarket and within 5 minutes walk of many nice restaurants. The apartment was immaculately clean, very modern in design, spacious. The owner is very helpful, and included a welcome pack of water etc upon arrival. He met us at the apartment and explained everything in the property , which was much appreciated. He accommodated our late departure and even ordered us a taxi to the airport. We would have no problem recommending this property most highly
