It has two double bedrooms, a lovely living/dining/kitchen space, bathroom with cream floor to ceiling tiles with bath and rain head shower above, and a perfectly equipped kitchen with all you need for a great holiday. In the warmer months you can open the bifold doors from the living area and relax with a glass of chilled wine on the balcony, and in the winter you can turn up the underfloor heating, turn on the 42 inch smart 3d TV in the sitting room (or the TVs in either bedroom), curl up with a Nespresso capuccino and just unwind. I’ve just had my second annual visit to the 6 Sandy Lane property and it was another thoroughly highly enjoyable stay. Sandy Lane is a two bedroom holiday apartment complete balcony and large kitchen and living room area. Through, you’re immediately notice the highly quality of fixture, fittings and appliance. All looking brand new and ready for a faultless use....

Wow, this apartment is just gorgeous and was perfect for our family of four. Beautifully furnished and we loved the extra touches such as the welcome box, full of local goodies. It's location is great for Carbis Bay Beach and the 20 minute headland walk into St Ives saves on the hassle of trying to find somewhere to park in...

OUTSIDE OF THE SUMMER PEAK SEASON, WE ARE HAPPY TO BOOK 3 OR 4 NIGHT BREAKS - PLEASE CONTACT FOR A QUOTE.

NOTE ON BOOKING POLICY: 25% non refundable deposit. The rest of the funds are payable 8 weeks before arrival. We suggest clients to take out their own holiday insurance in case of cancellation. If there is cancellation by the client within the eight weeks prior to arrival the whole amount will be payable. Cancellation by owner if for any reason beyond our control e.g. fire damage the property is not ready on the date booked all rent will be refunded in full. The client shall have no further claim against the owners.

St Ives is a £6 journey in a taxi from Carbis Bay or a 20 min walk by foot along the beautiful coast line. Or from the apartment you can walk to the train station which takes about 5 mins to catch the push and pull train by coast in to St Ives . St Ives beautiful cobbled streets are fulled with many different varieties of restaurants definitely something for everyone , You will also find the Tate Gallery , Barbara Hepworth , Leach Pottery and many local artists work in art and jewellery. For those that would like some action you will find surfing lesson, bike hire, horse riding, lots of National Trust gardens, Minack Theatre, St Micheals mount and many more attractions .
