This duplex apartment is in an ideal location in Puerto Pollensa. It is on the ground and first floor, has 3 bedrooms and a shared swimming pool. It is located in the Boquer area of the town, two minutes back from the Pine Walk (the seafront walkway) and beach and 5 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants of the town.
There are views of the Boquer hills behind and across to the Formentor peninsula in front.
On the ground floor there is a large open-plan kitchen/living area. There is also a small utility area with a washing machine and a downstairs bathroom with toilet and handbasin.
