An excellent place to rest with amazing view and evolve from horseback riding with the fantastic host family

My daughter and I really enjoyed our week here, at this impeccable location. The hosts Isabella and Franco were more than welcoming, fulfilling all of our expectations and beyond. Overall very professional, with amazing instructors and horses. The apartment was very well furnished, providing an exceptional view on the Italian countryside. We were thrilled with this beautiful place, and will come back! Thank you for this experience!

Really good riding instructions. I set a goal and reached beond my expectations. Lovely ackommodation and superb hosts. Will definately return soon. And I loved my horse Carpita col. They really managed to match our horses❤️

There are several things that made my stay at Monterosato exceptional. Apart from the riding experience, the country home and hospitality was on par with a 5 star hotel, only better due to the warm care and effort from Franco and Isabella. The breakfast and lunch were exceptional, an emphasis on classic Italian flavors and specialities, while also catering to your personal preferences. The accommodations were cozy, private, and clean. Any request was promptly attended to and nights well rested. The riding experience was a pleasure and valuable, myself leaving with more skill and ability after just a few days of lessons with Gigi. I had the pleasure of riding a beautiful mare that was perfect for my level of experience and clearly very well trained. The arena, stables and riding facilities were stunning, with panoramic views that elevate the experience even more. I left with every intent info coming back as soon as possible. I promise you’ll feel the same after your visit, which I whole heartedly recommend in all regards. ❤️

I booked this riding holiday at Monterosato Country House for my daughter‘s 16th birthday surprise. A random Google search brought me to the Monterosato Country House website where I immediately knew this was the holiday for my daughter. The communication with Franco was prompt and full of useful information. We promptly booked and started planning our trip to Italy. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the area of Fermo and the beautiful Monterosato Country House estate, with its immaculate gardens and breathtaking views. The accommodations were comfortable and beautifully appointed. The Country Club was state of the art and housed well cared for horses in beautiful stables. Franco and Isabella are the most gracious hosts. Everybody on the property including Jochan, GiGi, Zoe and Alice were so friendly and gave our daughter the best holiday ever! We most definitely will be planning a return trip!

This was my first time visiting Monterosato Country House and it was an incredible holiday. Franco and Isabella were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Breakfast and lunch at the house was amazing everyday. The house and grounds were stunning, not to mention the beautiful equestrian facilities, with amazing, top-class horses. I loved the lessons with the instructors. They tailored the lessons to your riding ability and what you needed to improve on which was great. I feel I’ve left a completely different rider. I loved it so much that I even wanted to book extra days and stay longer. I don’t think anywhere else could match the experience you get on a holiday here. It was world class and I will definitely be going back.

Franco and Isabella are excellent hosts, we felt at home. I didn't know Fermo and was pleasantly surprised. The Country Club is very well put together and the instructor Jochen is very professional. Thank you all.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had picked the right destination. Our host Franco had kindly prepared lunch knowing we were running late after a long plane trip and car drive . We were speechless when we saw the beautiful table set and delicious meal prepared in the most beautiful of settings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax , eat, swim, sight see and of course receive world class lessons. Our horses were beautifully presented and schooled and the lessons were suitable for our level of experience. Nothing was too much trouble . It really was a trip of a lifetime. We will be back

My husband and I was looking for the perfect location for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and Monterosato Country Club ticked all the boxes; Amazing horses, great instructor, horse Jumping, beautiful surroundings, swimming pool, close to the beach and good food. Our expectations were not let down and we had an amazing experience!! The horses were handpicked for us and we were very satisfied, the instructor was the best one we ever had during our many riding travel. The ability the instructor (Jochen) had to help us improve all the riding details was impressive. The surroundings are AMAZING and just sitting by the riding arena and enjoy the scenery was an experience in itself. The pool was sizeable enough to swim which is quite unusual and added additional plus to the experience. It was only 15 minutes drive to the beach that was a perfect get away in between the lessons. Of course the food in Italy is amazing and we had the opportunity to enjoy all different kinds of experiences; breakfast & lunch at the Country Club which was at the highest quality, used the cooking facilities to organize our own lunch, dinner and breakfast which gave us the opportunity to try every local speciality as well as going out trying the excellent restaurant recommendations in the area. We had a great variety of restaurants; traditional Italian menu with a great view at Torre di Palma, Raw fish experience (Crudité and fish tartar) on the beach side, Set menu at a Vinoteca in Fermo and last but not least an excellent pizza take away from the local pizzeria (pizza montanara and fried olives can really be recommended). In terms of riding; horses and instructor we cannot think of anything that can be improved as it is of highest quality and your stay will ensure a personal experience and development of your skills. Just the fact that the owner (Franco) and the instructor (Jochen) contacted us in advance to discuss our experience and expectations was such a great professional approach that we have not experienced in other places. All top notch! The only thing we can come to think of as improvements would be to ensure all rooms have the ability to cook as going out all evenings might not be of preference. We give our experience the highest rating and we cannot wait until we have the opportunity to come again!!
