Imagine waking up and cannonballing straight into the pool. We can make that dream a reality! The larger room opens to and overlooks the swimming pool. This room has large double closets, a 32-inch TV with Netflix and cable access and a king-sized bed. The guest room has two twin beds; one of them has a third twin-sized bed underneath. Our backyard has a lovely cabana to sun bathe, a BBQ and a convenient wine bar loaded with a dish-washing machine. A second half bathroom located in the backyard has a shower head for rinsing off any excess pool water. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed, and a 40-inch TV with Netflix and local cable. Dine and chat comfortably in a cozy dining room that fits up to 8 seated guests. The closed garage has space for up to two cars while safe street parking is also available. Our fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave, cooktop and a Keurig coffee machine. We also provide pots and pans, plates and bowls, and knives and forks. The house has a central A/C as well as split units in each room.
Guests have free range to fully utilize every aspect of the house. The kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry space, garage, closets and backyard with BBQ, pool, cabana and wine bar are at your full disposal. Any and all goodies stocked in the house are there for your enjoyment.

THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL AREA. THE QUIET HOURS AT THE TERRACE IS FROM 10PM to 8AM. AVOID PENALTIES WITH THE POLICE AND PROBLEM WITH THE NEIGHBOR. DO THE PARTY INSIDE THE HOUSE AFTER HOURS.
The Owner cancelled on me the day before my stay. We emailed back and forth all week and he pulls this.
