Fabulous!
The apartment is located right by the harbour with stunning views of the ocean and distant mountains. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. Restaraunts, and shops, just around the corner. There is plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay here, there is everything you need for a very comfortable stay and the bed was really comfortable. Anna and her family were great hosts and nothing too much trouble. We will miss them a lot. Thankyou for a great stay.

Easy beach access in the heart of Balestrate
We stayed for a week as a couple in this gound floor flat (very useful for people with mobility issues, just one step of 20cm into the flat, and even access into the courtyard). We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard in the evenings and being close to the life of the local people.
The flat is close to two beaches, not overrun by too many people, even in high season (we have been in Balestrate before) and within 50-100 meters you get to various eateries and restaurants. Try the La Piazetta around the corner for breakfast, we went there every day and it was superb! There is a spa just steps from the house. The flat is fitted with all you need in the kitchen (super powerful oven/grill) and the fridge also has a freezer compartment.
AnnaMaria was a perfect and gracious host, welcoming us with the offer of an airport transfer from Palermo and at the flat with Sicilian products. The weather was still around 30 degrees and the sea was nice and warm to swim in.
Thank you so much, we left all relaxed - just what we needed!

Favoloso!!!
Un ambiente arredato con gusto; funzionale e rilassante, un vero cesello nella splendita cornice di mare appena fuori la finestra. Il garbo e la gentilezza squisita dei proprietari sono la perla che si incastona, magnificamente, nel diadema di schietta bellezza del luogo, anche Jag, il nostro cane, ha potuto godere dei mille confort messi a disposizione: una esperienza da ripetere!

Affacciati sul mare, monolocale ampio e ben arredato: angolo salotto, angolo cucina, letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e lavatrice. La camera dispkne dimun grande tv schermo piatto con sky.
L'accoglienza è davvero superlativa,mi proprietari disponibili e gentili presentano l'appartamento mettendosi a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza. Zona calma. Lo consiglio !!!

We had a fantastic holiday in Balestrate. Myself and my partner enjoyed a romantic week away. The apartment was lovely and in a beautiful location, where we saw the most beautiful sunsets over the bay. Anna Maria and her family were fantastic hosts, they arranged to collect us and drop us back at the airport at a very reasonable rate and offered wonderful day trips to nearby attractions. There was some lovely restaurants nearby and the nearby beach was about 2 minutes walk. We had the beach to ourselves most days and the water was clear and warm. I would highly recommend Loft Sur Mare for a wonderful holiday.

Amazing view, full amenities, central location in quaint town.
The property is located 5 mins walk from the Balestrate beaches and the town centre. The view of the sea from the apartment is gorgeous. The apartment has all amenities, fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, washing machine, TV with multiple language stations, iron and a beautiful large patio where you can enjoy the views, laze in the sun or enjoy an evening with wine and bbq. The hostess, Annamaria is very helpful and flexible.
Balestrate is a quaint seaside town with very friendly locals. You will love shopping at the grocery stores, the bakery and must eat at Giovanni's frutti di mare restaurant. There are beautiful local beaches too. We hired a car as driving around is the best way to see this picturesque island. Palermo, San Vito, Alcamo and Castellemare del Golfo are short drives away. We will definitely go back to Sicily and would love to stay at Annamarie's loft again.

Feel Stunning place!!
I would recommend this place for couple looking for having amzaing sence and wanting to make romantic atmosphere.
I have stayed for 3 days here with my partner .Facility which is aircondition ,broad couch ,as you can see the picture was perfect .
It would be hard to list good things.
1 . It is so beautiful when you overlook sea from this place , You shouldnt miss this chance .
2. This area is known for good beach in Sicily. You ll see many people enjoying swimming .
3. There are good restaurant , pub , rent car and grocery near house .
4. Anna and piero are so kind and friendly . If you have something what you wonder , Dont hestiate to ask :)

시슬리에 있는 좋은장소를 공유 하고자 해요
시슬리 공항에서 차로 30분거리 에 있는 마을이고 아름다운 비치로 유명해요 . 기차 버스가 있긴한데 렌트 하시는걸 추천 해요.
시설은 사진과 동일했구요 , 주인분이 두분다 친절하세요 . 영어 조금 하실수 있으시면 의사소통 하는데 불편함 없으실꺼에요 .

Il 16 agosto 2015 io e mia moglie siamo arrivati a Balestrate e siamo stati accolti da Anna e Piero con gentilezza e cordialità. La struttura era uguale alle fotografie. Anna e Piero sono
stati sempre disponibili nel consigliarci luoghi da visitare e negozi dove trovare pensieri per gli amici. Piero era a disposizione con la sua barca per fare escursioni in mare. Il giorno della partenza il magone l'ha fatta da padrone, è stata un esperienza da non dimenticare.
Ciao Anna e Piero ci vedremo a Milano
