This beautifully modern, fully air conditioned villa is located in the middle of the Oasis de Nazaret, just 1km from the old town of Teguise (with its selection of bars & restaurants) and a short 15 minute drive to the beaches in both the North / South of the island as well as the capital of Arrecife. The property is south facing and so gets sunshine around the pool and terrace all day. It is the ideal choice for the discerning traveller, granting access to any part of the island easily due to its central location on the island. The villa has been fitted out to a very high standard, with its own secluded pool which is heated to 28 degrees all year round. The living area boasts a large open plan living room linked to a super smart dining area. When you feel like switching off, there is a 48' Smart HDTV with access to Netflix (if you have an account back home) and Free Internet/WiFi for use with your laptop, tablet or smartphone. If you want to listen to your own library of music, there is a blue tooth linked music system. There are 3 very spacious bedrooms. - The master bedroom (upstairs) has its own balcony from where you can watch the sun go down over the volcanoes. It has a super king-size bed, his & hers walk-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower/wash room. - Bedroom 2 has a king size bed with patio doors leading out onto the poolside area. - Bedroom 3 is a twin room with 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a family bathroom with a spa bath. The outside area is spacious, secluded and not overlooked. The poolside is enclosed to be child friendly with lockable gates, and the pool heated to a constant temperature of 28 degrees for your enjoyment. When it comes to eating, the kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances. Outside there is a large patio dining area equipped for BBQ. A short walk takes you to a mini supermarket or to the beautiful unique Lag - o -Mar bar/restaurant. Five minutes drive and you are in the historic town of Teguise where you will find a selection of good restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. More
