Spacious three story 2 bedroom with loft 2 bath Canyon Racquet Condo/town home. Granite counters, two tone paint.

We have removed the kitchen tile and carpeting on the main level and installed beautiful hardwood! We replaced the 3 panel patio door and painted several areas of the condo and replaced the bedding in both bedrooms.

NEW Private Hot Tub on secluded patio runs and is professionally serviced YEAR-ROUND!

Our guests access the condo via a keyless entry system on the attached garage door. We give you directions and the access code to the garage before your arrival. Check in is after 4pm and check out is 10am. We are available if there are any issues ~ only 15 minutes away (generally).

About the neighborhood
At the mouth of the Big Cottonwood Canyon so you can ski, bike or hike in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick access to the freeway to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well.
This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights).
Getting around
We do recommend a car to get you around to the grocery stores etc. however you can walk to Porcupine Pub, Lift House Sports and 7-11. A new, nice local coffee shop is also within walking distance (Alpha Coffee). There are great hiking and walking/bike paths within walking distance too.
During the winter months, if there is a large storm the canyons MAY require 4X4 and/or chains or you can take the ski bus which picks up about 300 yards from the condo. Otherwise a regular front wheel car is fine!
