The main house is divided into two living areas, each with their own entrance. The midsection of the main building has a large dining room that offers space to gather up around the dining table, as well as a fireplace. Adjacent to this room, lies the large fully equipped kitchen with a cosy corner lounge and access to a rear terrace. The living room is decorated very tastefully and comes with TV, a grand piano and another large fireplace. The majority of the rooms showcase beautiful exposed wooden beamed ceilings and traditional stone walls. There are three bedrooms with double beds in the wings of this building. On the upper floor of the guest house is a separate apartment accessed by an outside stairway. The apartment consists of a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bedroom with a bathroom. The exterior of the Holiday rental Finca Especial is set up wonderfully and offers an abundance of terraces and garden space inviting to lounge or dine. The private pool is spectacular with a bar, barbecue, and a pizza oven. There is plenty of seating and lounge chairs scattered around the pool terrace. Finca Especial is wonderfully located in the hills close to the pretty village of Esporles right in the middle of untouched nature, far away from the busy touristic centres. Esporles is an unspoilt small village in the northwest of the Majorca, Balearic Islands, best known for its unique majestic old mansions. A taxi to or from Palma will cost you around €25 and you'll have no problem in finding anyone to take you. When you live on an island taxis are more than happy to make the longer trips. Expect to pay more at night and at weekends.
