My husband and I made sure to choose the earliest slot available, and it was definitely worth the early morning. The peaceful silence at the top before it got too busy, along with the sunrise views, were breathtaking. I was surprised to go through a TSA of sorts, but drinks and food were available, so no worries if you want to bring a coffee to keep your hands warm.
