- My husband and I stayed here for a week and we had a great time, definitely very good value for money! We had a spacious and clean room overlooking the pool and the sea (partially). Breakfast was served at Le Skipper restaurant, there’s either English or continental to choose from. I only tried continental and it was delicious. We also tried the restaurant for dinner a couple of times and the food was great, no complaints, the waiters were really nice and friendly, especially Gerald! There are other restaurants a few minutes walk away which was very convenient. Parking is free and there were always available spots. I was very happy that we only had a small rental car as the parking area can be a bit tight depending on the actual parking spot. Overall we had a fantastic stay and hope to be back in the future! And a big thanks to Yanish at reception for all his great advice that helped us a lot to make our time in Mauritius even better!@Szasza89Reviewed February 2025
- Voile Bleue is a charming boutique hotel located in Trou aux Biches, on the northwestern coast of Mauritius. The hotel sits right on a beautiful sandy beach, dotted with stunning granite rock formations that create small natural rock pools. The rooms are spacious and offer lovely views of both the pool and the beach. Each room is designed for comfort and can be self-contained, featuring a kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area, and a private balcony. This setup makes it perfect for those who prefer a more independent stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenience of having Le Skipper Restaurant on the same premises. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner without needing to leave the hotel. If you opt for the bed and breakfast package, breakfast at Le Skipper is included in your stay. The hotel staff also thoughtfully provided us with a picnic for our day trips, which was a lovely touch. Housekeeping was excellent, with a team of friendly and hardworking ladies who went above and beyond to keep the rooms spotless. Their dedication truly made our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offers a laundry service, and there is a small supermarket just a three-minute walk away for any essentials. If you’re up for a 30-minute walk, you’ll find a larger supermarket and more restaurant options. I stayed here with my family in A4 and A2. Weall found it to be an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly attentive, and I would like to give a special mention to Yanish and Ali at the concierge, who were particularly helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located hotel in Mauritius.@radriecReviewed February 2025
- The other ratings and the summary already point out all the advantages, however, I want to underline the, politeness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, a special thank you goes out to Yanish, Vandana, Gerald, and Ali! Whenever we needed something or asked for advice, they were there (e.g. our flight back was too early to get a breakfast in the morning, so the night before they prepared us a tablet with breakfast that we then could eat in our apartment in the morning)@christiangE7717KKReviewed February 2025
