- Housekeeper Ramses is super friendly! He helped us with many little things and arranged all kinds of itineraries for us. Before we left, he even double-checked to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. He's so thoughtful! If I were to rate the experience on Emerald Island, it would definitely be a full score, and Ramses deserves more than 50% of the credit. This was our first time in the Maldives, and choosing this island was a huge success. We can't wait to come back and stay for a few more days next time! 🌹🌹🌹

The variety of restaurants and standard of the food was first class. The resort's scenery and facilities were excellent, and the accommodations were spacious and comfortable. What deserves special mention is the service. The manager, Wasim, assigned us a very professional butler, Ramses, who took care of every detail and met all our needs with warm and thoughtful service. The cuisine here is outstanding, and the restaurant manager, Richi, took great care of us, catering to our diverse taste preferences. Additionally, the sommelier, Yashi, provided expert wine recommendations that paired perfectly with our meals. During our five-day vacation, we not only enjoyed the delicious food but also experienced a dolphin tour, yoga sessions, photography, and diving—activities that were rich and exciting. In summary, Emerald provided us with a perfect honeymoon experience. I would especially like to thank the staff who helped retrieve my phone that fell into the sea. Thanks for his assistance.
