For such a small town, Danville has some pretty good dining options. The Creamery on Hill Street is probably most famous for their Maple Cream Pie. It is to die for. The upstairs of the restaurant has a more "formal" (by Vermont standards) atmosphere and menu, while the pub downtairs is a good place to relax and have a casual dinner. It is locate on a VAST snowmobile, so you can ride right to the restaurant in the winter. The Danville Inn on Route 2 offers a great breakfast. Goodfellas, also on Route 2 is a casual restaurant with a good variety of dishes.
